This is the pinnacle of excellence in patisserie, I am literally stunned at the amazing flavors creations and quality of everything that's made here. I visited four of the six locations and they are all consistently fabulous. The staff could not have been nicer including the manager who took time to speak with me if you're within an hour of Pittsburgh you have to make a run over The owners studied in France their home country and are knowledge a bad had a create amazing French breads and sweet treats.

Pastries were delicious! Wish there would be some mini sizes to mix and match items to try more without a sugar high ensuing. Shop is tiny but inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. All seemed happy to be there!

Was bummed to find out this location doesn’t serve espresso-based drinks. How do you have a pastry without a delicious flat white to wash it down? If I would’ve known ahead of time, I would have gone to the downtown location. They also don’t have a bathroom. So we were sent to the food-hall for a bathroom then down the street for coffee.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give this place a 10❣️YES, that good!!! The breads are outstanding, the eclairs, the lemon tarts, and EVERYTHING ELSE🤪The service is great. Friendly and they work as fast as they can! The lines are up the street and around the corner so get there early! It’s expensive but worth every dime!!!!

A traditional French bakery that has all the delicious pastries and cakes you can dream of. Pain au chocolat, almond and pistachio pastries, fruit tarts and much more. It brought back memories of all the mouthwatering bakeries in Montreal... magnifique!

Incredible pastries. Everything here is so buttery and rich. I also appreciate that they have some of the more rare French pastries like clafoutis and bostock. Online ordering made pick up very simple and quick.

I stopped here at 4:00 and they were closed. No note, nothing posted on social media. Doesn’t really seem like a great way to run a business. I reached out and they never replied. I’ll stick to Madeline’s. Their pastries are better anyways .
The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh pastries pulled me right in. They offered samples of their almond chocolate croissant (amazing) and the woman at the counter was so welcoming, answering all my questions with a smile. She recommended their macarons — and I’ve never liked macarons before — but theirs completely changed my mind. Light, flavorful, and hands down the best macaron I’ve ever had. I also took home a ham & cheese quiche slice that made the perfect breakfast the next morning. Between the friendly service, delicious pastries, and cozy atmosphere, this place is a must-visit in Lawrenceville.

I love this place. Always delicious!!!!!
This is an absolute gem and the best bakery in Pittsburgh. It is truly French in the quality of its pastries and the price is very reasonable. I’ve never found another bakery in the US like this. Also, they catered my sister’s shower and it was a huge hit!
