I honestly will go to the strip location over this one every time but this one was more convenient when we attended an event at the convention center. The person at the cash register was pretty rude. Not much personality going on there. My friend was ordering and accidentally kept dropping things when trying to pay and the cashier looked rather annoyed for her human errors. The person serving pastries was really something just staring into your entire face while you order waiting to hear the pasty you ordered ... Didn't love that experience. The barista however was amazing and extremely fast and I wish I could give him and only him a 5 star rating ! Good job bearded man behind the bar!

Different vibe than the Strip! Better place to sit and do work. Espresso just as good.

My 12 Oz latte was very weak, with next to no color that a well extracted espresso would impart. Either the beans are weak, or the method needs a lot of work. The temperature was great. Overall, it tasted like a hot textured milk, not a coffee. Service - No complaints or compliments. I was asked what I wanted and they delivered.

Best coffee in the city ❤️

I walked in a little before closing and the barista was very rude and harshly told me to get out, yet did not talk to any of the other customers in the store that way.
I didn’t even get to order anything, but if this is how the workers treat potential customers I’m glad I didn’t. That is unprofessional and simply unacceptable.

I like the natural light coming in from all the glass. I like the convenience of wall outlets being available to charge things, or plug in a computer. The inside is cool as hell and the people are nice.

Espresso was very acidic. Coffee tended to be under-extracted. Coffee cake muffin was good, but scone and ham and cheese croissant were mid. It’s open earlier than other coffee shops in the area, which makes it convenient, and it’s better than Dunkin.

Coffee was decent enough. This olace is a 1-star at best, based on who is working. On tuesday I arrived right as they opened. The young woman who unlocked to the door and stepped to the side to grab a sign so I waited for her to approach the door. As she opens it, I hold the door. She doesn't greet me with a smile or a thank you, but instead, she states, "I'm fine thank you" and walks past me. You would think they would at least let the customer walk in first.

As I approach the counter the cashier doesn't say a word, he just looks at me. I ordered my drink and left.

These people working are obviously miserable and have no interest in friendliness toward their guests. There are 15 other coffee shops down town, there is no reason to have to put up with this. Their coffee is decent, but not worth dealing with two unwelcoming employees, one who gives the notion she thinks she is above the customer.

On Thursday, the two I saw before weren't there. a taller guy was working and was friendly as can be. Made a total difference and would haven given 5 stats if it wasn't for the other two staff on Tuesday.

The dude behind the counter was rude and unhelpful The coffee they were offering was subpar, it’s sad when the hotel coffee tastes better than the roasters coffee . I won’t be back and will ensure everyone knows.
