A nice, clean, trendy food hall experience. I recommend the happy hour at Dear James bar. Good draft selection with a decent discount & some domestic options for your pleasure. Great, bartender by the way. For the table there are water bars tucked in the corners of the building with freshly cleaned glassware & bottle carafes. These bars feature complimentary cold water & bubbly water. Food selection at my visit had 4 main kitchens ranging from southern soul food to fresh rolled sushi. Up front is some ice cream with a sidewalk window. Seating is ample in the middle of the hall. Upstairs is more intimate, tho a little traffic to the Pinball machines. Overall the hall was well kept & clean. Bathrooms are on both floors. Before this hall opened there were issues with zoning & parking. You can park out front in the street, though down a block just right across from the cemetery there is a corner lot that folks can use as well. Cool time all around with options from economical to higher end experiences.

We had Welcome Drinks for our wedding in the mezzanine and it was such a cool venue! All of our guests had an amazing time and there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone. Not the mention, the food, drinks, & service were all excellent. We recommend hosting events at Lawrence Hall if you want to have an unforgettable time!

Lawrence Hall currently features Kazoku Sushi, La Palapa, Loaded, Cuddy's Soul Food, Scoops and Cones, and Dear James. These local restaurants offer a nice variety of foods. The food hall is in a renovated warehouse that has sufficient seating across two floors. Customers may order foods either through a tabletop QR code or at the restaurants' cash registers. My husband and I ate dinner here and sat at a table of our choosing. All employees were friendly. We liked our salmon-avocado roll, vegetable spring rolls, smash burger, fries, and soda. We thought that the bacon-ranch corn dog and the sweet-potato pie were OK.

Five food vendors plus a full service bar.
Four pinball machines on the loft, $1 per play.
Condiment and utensil stand is a bit hidden around front door.
We visited in a Sunday evening and most of the food spots only had two people working which meant the customers used the self ordering kiosk and were texted when their order was up.
Public restrooms were available and mostly cleaned although needed to be restocked. (We had JUST enough soap to wash kids' hands.)

I have ordered delivery from here a few times and finally came in person. I love being able to order from the table on my phone (unlike most food halls where you have to go wait in lines). Music is appropriate volume for conversation, and of course the food hall aspect is great for lots of food options! I have always loved everything I’ve ordered from here, and today is no exception. Yummm!

I ordered miso soup and avocado cucumber rolls from the sushi restaurant and it was delicious! I was surprised to find that the wasabi didn't taste like the typical horseradish-based substitute, so it may be real wasabi. There was also a restaurant that sold fries and Korean corn dogs. My parents shared fries and let me try some. They were also very tasty.
