Went to cosmic bowling here, they jammed 6 of us on 1 lane because they were busy. Once the lane next to us opened we asked if we could get the additional lane as it was past 10:30pm and there was plenty of open lanes at that point. We got a no. Lane also broke just about every time a ball was thrown. We would have to get the worker to go behind the machine and unjam it. That was not a good time being as the staff is hard to find. Would rather go to spins or princess lanes.

Got there when basically no one was there. Got a lane where we were kind of alone which was nice. Good price for 4 of us. It got a little crowded when we were finishing. Sign on front stating something about free valet parking had us a bit confused. We weren't sure we could park in the front. Nice staff and will go again.

To the kiddos to bowl and had a blast. Prices are very reasonable at $40 for two hours including shoes. We had some sodas and fries from the snack bar and the fries are awesome! I deducted one star because our lane had to be serviced twice in two hours. The kids had a great time in the arcade as well. Overall a nice, clean place with tasty food choices. We'll be back.

Booked online for a group of 4 and had no issues checking in or getting started. They set up bumpers for us since we had a 4 year old and brought a slide/ramp out for her to use to bowl. Had the hummus and giant pretzel. Both were huge and better than we expected at a bowling alley

We booked 7-9. Didn’t get to bowl until 7:30 because the lanes were full. Two people in our group didn’t show up so instead of giving me my money back, they said we could bowl an extra half an hour. They shut out lane down at 9:20 in the middle of a game. We ordered pizza at 7 pm and did not get it until 8:30. After we asked several times where our pizza was. Manager said she would take the buffalo chicken wrap off our bill which i already paid for. She obviously never did. Five thumbs DOWN.

Its a pretty good bowling alley, it was a little confusing trying to figure out how to play a normal game of bowling. I had to click through quite a few other bowling games on the console before I figured out how to do traditional bowling. Staff were okay, it was a little hard to find someone to help me at the counter but to be fair there were a couple parties going on when I went so they could have just been thinly spread.

Ive been to this place twice now and both experiences were awful. The first time was a few years back we tried to call and reserve a spot and they said just come on in we don't reserve we got lots of spots open. When we got there all lanes were filled and we were told we should have reserved a spot. We went again just recently and everything went wrong from the start. We had a booked time with a party of 8 and we didn't get our lanes until 30 minutes after our booked time. We ordered food and we didn't expect much for bowling alley food but it was awful. One of the members in my party ordered pizza and didn't get it for 45mins so we ask when will we receive it and they forgot to make our food. The cooks response was **Whoops**. Once we went to leave we noticed a line of cars blocking all parking spots in front of the building. Thankfully we were just out of ranch of the line of people illegally parked so we didn't get blocked in but all handicapped parking spots and other vehicles were all blocked in by the lack of parking and people parking where ever. I suggest if you ever get blocked in you call to get them towed. I will never go back and will make sure everyone knows how poorly run this place is.
