This place has been around longer than I have. It's been a staple of my life. The food here is tremendous! When you think about a classic pizza and hoagie joint this is what it tastes like. They are delicious and consistent!

Were from up north and didn't realize just how BIG the wings are. We got 20 for 35 dollars and we definitely took some home with us! Pizza was flakey and delicious!.

I sent my roommate there for an Italian calzone and he brings back something with no meat and mushrooms, Anyone who ever had an Italian calzone knows these meat and NO mushrooms

Went to eat here since we were on a bit of a tight timeline and everything was blocked off due to the pride parade going on. Sat down with my wife and friend of hers. Definitely a run down, family style pizza joint. 95% of the people coming in and out looked like they either had a rough night of drinking/drugs, or they were down on life (homeless/semi homeless). Although it took a solid 20 min for us to get our food, the food itself wasn't too bad. Wife felt very uncomfortable in there. Everyone was looking at us in a way like we don't belong here, or why are people that can actually afford food eating here? I guess this place has been here forever, so I guess it's unfortunate that my first time was now. Seeing past reviews sounded like this place used to be really good. Hoping they can get back on their feet. Again, food was pretty good, atmosphere needs a lot of attention

some reviews complain about the unhoused and people struggling with addiction. those people are people too. they deserve the same things in life as you do. if that’s too liberal for you maybe it’s time for some self reflection. anyways!! the pizza wasn’t amazing but it was definitely good. the onion rings needed salt. overall experience is a 3/5 which isn’t bad at all. it’s inexpensive and quick. if you’re upset about the clientele or location don’t go there. OR considering purchasing food for the folks struggling on the same street.

I called from the airport as soon as I arrived in Pittsburgh to order a pizza! Always a treat. Friendly service. Unique Easy Ohio Street ambiance.

I was just in there and ordered a stake wrap I got home and it was so soggy and saturated in the oil it completely fell apart on the first bite I'm extremely disappointed will never order a wrap again.

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant the other day. The quality of the food has drastically declined—it no longer tastes fresh, and the atmosphere feels uncomfortable. There are people hanging around both inside and outside the restaurant who appear to be under the influence, which adds to the unsettling environment. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely rude. The older lady at the front seemed uninterested and dismissive, treating me as though my business didn’t matter. I was simply hoping for a fresh meal and good service, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. I called to place a pickup order, and after waiting patiently on hold for 20 minutes, I finally spoke with a representative. However, when I began describing my order, she read it back incorrectly. As I tried to clarify and correct the mistake, her tone became unexpectedly snappy.

I politely reminded her that as a customer, I was simply trying to ensure the order was accurate. Instead of addressing my concern, she responded by saying that if I was arguing, she would hang up. I calmly told her that if she wished to hang up, I would take my business elsewhere. At that point, she became even more dismissive, telling me to “get a life” before abruptly ending the call.

This experience has left me deeply offended and upset. I never expected to be treated this way, especially by a company I’ve trusted. It’s incredibly disappointing to encounter such disrespectful behavior, and it’s certainly not the way to start a day. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service

I have been going here for years, but lately the food has gone down hill. They use to have the best wings in the city, but not now. The last couple of times I've had to pluck the feathers out before I could eat them. They also taste like the oil hasn't been changed in a very long time. My last order also had burnt wings. I think I'm going to have to find a new spot.
