Ordered takeout, and to no surprise yet another Asian cuisine establishment that uses imitation crab meat! The scallops were subpar, not enough shrimp scallops or imitation crab, and too many vegetables!

Place is a great lunch spot. Portions are nice and they have great lunch combo plates for cheap. I go here about once every two weeks for lunch. Employees are kind and although you order and pay before sitting down at the front desk, they bring your food and drinks to wherever you choose to sit and are still attentive and helpful during your visit. One thing to say is do not get their Chai tea boba, it comes out very gritty and is just a bad mix of spices which really sucks because everything else about them is great!

Dont order from here the customer service is horrible. I ordered the wrong item & called to switch out the item & they wouldnt do it they said” it was my bad” & I had to reorder the correct food. What happened to customer service. The customer is supposed to be right.

Black pepper chicken actively *burnt.* Crab Rangoon soggy and so simultaneously dried out that the cream cheese filling was non-existent. Like buffet ones left for hours. Both entrees (the other was General's, and also soggy) were ruined by just having chile oil added to the end rather than cooked spicy, as we asked. Both tasted like *nothing* but this oil. What a waste of money and time. You all used to be at least edible and quality, if bland. Never again.Cheapo Chan An now has more palatable food...I feel legit cheated. We are now hungry and too broke to afford anywhere else.

Good food & drink...nice service, clean. Only thing I dont like was the wanton in the wonton soup, except that all the food was amazing. I will be back for sure.

This is a place that try’s to be ok at a lot of thing instead of picking a couple thing and being really good at it. It’s over hyped I got the chicken teriyaki and it was the worst I ever had and sweet and sour chicken had too much dough on them you can find better Asian food from a restaurant that picked a specific type of Asian food to focus on
