The last two times I was here, I didn't get great service nor the correct pepperoni pizza.

First visit: It's going to be over an hour wait to carry out a pizza. Ok, guess you don't know how to keep up on orders.

Second visit: Ordered the over 100 pieces of pepperoni pizza and got like 30. Didn't get what I paid for and called the restaurant and they offered no reconciliation.

Ordered pizza here and had Doordash go pick it up for delivery. To no fault of Doordash's - Little Caesar's made the poor driver who took my delivery order wait 50+ minutes for a NON-CUSTOM order - it was supposed to be a single Hot N' Ready and some saucd. (Yes, I am weird; Hot N' Ready is my pizza of choice. I love the sauces that come with it, enough that, yes, I did indeed order in for it. Casting those who I KNOW are judging me aside... lol..) I tried to call Little Caesar's for my dasher's sake, since the store wasn't giving them answers as they waited - no such luck. No one picked up the phone.

.. I get it. Things happen. Stuff breaks. You get slammed... But, 1.) Pick up the phone. 2.) ESPECIALLY if someone is there in person waiting, maybe tell them wtf is going on. ..????¿¿?

Doordash gave me $20 credit for the inconvenience, so that was kind on their part.

Edited to add - 8 months later, SAME ISSUES. They do NOT answer the phone here. Do NOT communicate with Doordashers. And food arrives cold. This is not Doordash's fault - it is Consistently this Little Caesar's location. Only this one do I have repeat issues with.
Please do better, I just want a $5 pizza and some buffalo sauce 😫

They know that they are the only little Caesar.Left in pittsburgh so they do not Ihonor little caesars coupons they say there internet is messed They know that there are the last little caesars in pittsburgh in the city so they do not care how they treat their customers !!!

Won't answer their phone. I even tried calling them again while inside waiting for my food. No one was busy, and you could clearly hear the phone ring. No one even acknowledged it.

By far the worst peace I've ever had in my life no sauce it was cold try calling them multiple times no one picked up answer the phone just close a store put a real pizza place soon

Staff members are always so pleasant and upbeat even when just picking up! Very quick and always great quality.

I love Little Caesar’s but the past 3 or 4 times I’ve come to pick up an order, I’ve gotten my food at best 30 minutes after the app said it would be ready, at worse an hour and a half after the app said it would be ready.

I don’t blame the staff that are there as they are hustling in a very hot kitchen and they need help(signs all over the front door and window saying they are hiring and need people) but the franchisee or corporate needs to step it up and figure something out.

Everything is delicious but just know, whatever time you think you’re getting pizza, add 45 minutes to that. And don’t yell or harass the folks making your food, if you do and I’m there picking up, I’ll yell at you 10x worse than you yell at them. And after they’ve spit on your food, I’ll spit on you after I’ve kicked you to the curb.

No ac. No chairs. 40 min wait for bread sticks. Those poor workers. How can the owner have them work in those conditions. It’s hotter inside than outside and it’s over 90 degrees outside. If I was them I would and leave this location high and dry. Take care of your workers. These conditions are not healthy.
