Their pizza and their delivery service are the worst customer service I've ever experienced, 2 hours later no pizza, no refund, no excuses

Worker looked at me twice after i walked in when I was inside picking up an order and said nothing. I asked twice do you have the order for XYZ, she looked at me both times with a blank stare. Didn't responded and said she didn't hear me. Ok well why are you looking at me, watching my lips moving and not responding? The dude there finally helped me out real quick. Horrible service. I get it. You are short staffed and that is a management and corporate problem but greet or talk to customers. That's what humans do

I placed a delivery order 2 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. I understand they subcontract their delivery to doordash, but they shouldn't do that if they can't handle it.

So disappointed! Called hours ahead and placed and order to be picked up at 4:30. I tried ordering on-line but it wouldn't let me pick a time. So I called at 11:30am and ordered 8 pizzas to be picked up at 4:30. My husband gets there to pick it up and not only wasn't it ready but the man working said it be 40-50mins.

Very rude personal, I was here for a pick up. They are just ignoring you. And the way they are talking is so annoying. Would never ever recommend this store even to my enemy. Once you go into this store you have to wait at least an hour.

Food was decent but the wait was terrible. Ordered on the app and still wasnt ready when the order pick up time was scheduled. Only thing this place has going for them is its a fair price for pizza

Ordered food at 5:01 was told 5:45 when I got there at 5:50 was told another 25 min as they were backed up nobody seemed to be rushing they didn't answer the phone let it just keep ringing manager seemed clueless on how to even speak let alone run a business horrible experience

Lady at the register was very nice but the lady in the back had a terrible mouth and was cussing up a storm. Also the food took forever while I was literally the only one in there. Would definitely not recommend

I remember little Caesar pizza being everywhere now hurt to find. Until now a little far but worth it. The prices and taste are great

This place unfortunately is a joke. 2 people working there… there were 6-8 people waiting ahead of me. I ordered online and paid online. It said ready between 8:56-9:01. I got there at 9:05 and waited 5-8 minutes for someone to wait on me after they went outside to vape… came back in then 5 minutes later came over to me. Checked for my order and told me they were behind and would be another 45 minutes . At this point it would have been after 10:00 pm. Ordered at 8:05. Had 3 smaller children ready to eat. A huge disappointment and I think the location should be closed permanently. Not my first horrible experience there in the past few months. They can’t get it together. Hopefully someone for headquarters will reach out to me about the situation. It’s a shame because great pizza and sides for a fair price…

Pizza and crazy bread everything's always fresh and hot. I wish I knew the girl's name that worked behind the counter she is such a joy to order with her personality is great she's so friendly and answers any questions you have. The pizza puffs are ridiculously delicious. Stop by.
