As someone who works in Regent Square, it's so valuable to be able to quickly hop over to Live Fresh and get a smoothie! I go almost everyday to get one of their healthy smoothies. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. The place is a breath of fresh air! I recommend trying the Popeye's with added cinnamon! Delicious and I feel GREAT afterwards.
