We are so happy that Lola’s is OPEN AGAIN!! One of the most flavorful brunches in Pittsburgh. If you love Ube, you have the try the Ube cinnamon roll and Ube Latte! Both are amazing. Thank you Lola’s so also being so accommodating to our larger group, especially with toddlers in the mix :)

I've always enjoyed the food at Lola's and bring friends here when they come to visit. I've noticed a few things lately though that are slightly disappointing. When going to order a pickup/takeout order, you have a mandatory tip charge of either 18% or 20% (can't remember which one) that you cannot modify. A tip charge that is the same as a tip that you'd give for sitting down eating is wild to me. Also, my last order of their breakfast eggrolls (personal favorite, definitely recommend) were almost half the size that they used to be. I was honestly shocked when I opened the box.
While I do not mind paying more to support local businesses, the mandatory high percentage tip combined with the decrease food size for the same price isn't a vibe.

Lola's has become one of our go-to spots, especially for breakfast--the breakfast egg rolls are incredible and worth the trip on their own. The food overall is consistently delicious, and the vibe inside is super cute and thoughtfully decorated. I also really appreciate that they have a parking lot, even though it's small and usually full.
That said, there are a few areas that could be better. We've had items left out of our order a few times, and while they have always made it right when I reached out on Instagram, it's definitely frustrating. Takeout waits can also be a challenge--there have been times we waited around 50 minutes past the pickup time.
Despite those hiccups, we keep coming back because the food is great and the staff has been responsive when issues come up. Just plan for a bit of a wait and double-check your order

Food was really good, had the ube cinnamon roll, hangover sandwich and fried rice. Super tasty. Service was good. Only complaint is the wobbly table (not a big deal, but makes me crazy)

In Pittsburgh for the weekend and stopped in here before flying home. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every bite and sip was perfectly seasoned. I usually leave most of my home fries uneaten but these were the best I have had in my life.

They messed up when they switched the dippy egg with the ricotta scramble (way too messy and half the egg fell off the bagel)… bring back the dippy egg on the hangover cure. Don’t fix what isn’t broken… Got two breakfast sandwiches for $30 (decent) BUT $17 for Taylor ham bagel sandwich?
