My husband ran up at the very end of the event and got the last order in for the wavy gravy fries. And someone from the truck told my husband, I’m very proud of that gravy. I’m here to say you should be!! The beef flavor was so savory and the cheese curds like the good ones, you gotta have a little bit of squeak. One bite and we were instant repeat customers!

We hired them for our employee summer party after two great experiences with them at this same event the past two years. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up this time. Thirty minutes after their scheduled arrival, I called to check in. The owner was surprised and mentioned he was out of town at a music festival and said the truck and team might be able to rally but then hung up. He never followed up, didn’t respond to my voicemail or text, and left us without food or an explanation. A simple heads-up or apology would’ve gone a long way.

Had heard great things about these folks and I gotta say the hype is real. in fact it ain't hype, it's straight up facts. my friend and I split the BJ Sandwich and some poutine, and it was out of this world. the mix of bacon, jalapeños, and blackberry jam in the Sandwich was so divinely balanced , my soul almost left my body. and the poutine was everything you could hope for. if you see the Purple Truck, do yourself a favor and stop by. you will not regret it.

Stopped for an after dinner poutine and it was really good. Definitely worth checking out if you are walking by and see them parked!

I ordered from the food truck when it was at Back Alley Brewing. It was a cold, snowy March day. The food was amazing. Perfect for the weather. I ordered the Dilly Dilly with a side of potato leek soup. It was cheesy and Dilly and tasted delicious. We shared the poutine and the pork bites. The poutine order was huge and definitely big enough for a meal for 2. The gravy was flavorful. The pork bites were surprising. They melted in the mouth and the kimchi had a kick but wasn't overwhelming. My partner had the Mclaughlin. He really enjoyed it and his side was the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and tasted like it was made with beer, so it just made it the yummiest. I would highly suggest ordering from the truck if it's in the area or stopping by the restaurant.

The guys that run this place are clearly putting their hearts into it. Just had the Holy Smokes burger and it’s got to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Definitely worth stopping, especially with being attached to Velum.

I’ve never been a big fan of pork belly. But this truck changed my mind. Super crispy on the outside, melted like butter on the inside. Well balanced with the kimchi.

i've tried going a couple of times before -- the first time they were completely sold out and closed early, and the second time they had a very few select items left; the third time, however, almost everything was available! i got the crab rangoon dip, and it actually blew my mind lol. it's also such a large portion that I had over half of it for leftovers (even after sharing with my friend). it was so worth trying to go again. i go climbing at ascend, so it's really easy to go here after that. i think that they post updates on instagram when they sell out, so if you plan on coming here it may be worth making sure that they are open. incidentally, the owners are very nice :) highly highly recommend

Accepted our online order, took our payment. We waited and waited as it said the order could take up to 40 minutes and the brewery was very busy. We received a text/email an hour later saying “your order could not be completed, please try later”. Found out they had closed early yet continued to accept orders. Please fix this error. Very disappointing as we waited around just for food.
