My husband ran up at the very end of the event and got the last order in for the wavy gravy fries. And someone from the truck told my husband, I’m very proud of that gravy. I’m here to say you should be!! The beef flavor was so savory and the cheese curds like the good ones, you gotta have a little bit of squeak. One bite and we were instant repeat customers!

Had the opportunity to try one of the grilled cheese sandwiches at the New York Blues Festival in Syracuse this year. It was a revelation! I know in the food world that grilled cheese purveyors has become a significant trend. But when you do it right, like these folks do, it's a wonder to behold. Pricing is great for the quality of food you receive, and at the same time, cheaper than most other vendors. Recommend you try any variety they have!

We had a great experience at love, peace and grilled cheese. They were so kind and thoughtful! We had a vegan miso wrap which was probably the best wrap I’ve ever had. It had so much flavor. Our friends had the dill grilled cheese and loved it. We also really appreciated how much they support the local community. We would definitely come back and would recommend!
