Friendly store atmosphere and workers with a casual vibe. Fast at getting orders done. Very tasty bubble tea, especially the mango. Easy to understand menu unlike most bubble tea stores.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but not the kind of kid friendly where the kids are let wild to misbehave or be really noisy. The atmosphere is friendly, fun and casual but chill enough as a place to study or work in peace.

We ordered their tea. One of our drink is too sweet. The other one drink had yoghurt in it, my friend said it is nasty and old. Will not be returning. Do not come here.

Nice little place for bubble tea. We went on a Sunday, so it seemed quiet. Not much of a wait time on their pool table, but if you're here for boardgames / card games, you're better off bringing your own as they have a very limited selection.Staff seems confused when spoken to or when an issue is addressed. Parking in the area in general is awful. Although they have a small parking lot, they all appear to be reserved spots. It's possible that they may have paid parking on their lot, but the STAFF weren't even sure themselves. Better off taking the bus or an Uber/Lyft ride.Food was alright. A little disappointed that they didn't have the Crispy Chicken Roll on the menu, but they're Char Siu Pork Roll wasn't bad. The tea comes fast, but you may be waiting a while for the crepe rolls. It was one staff member running the whole show today.

The tea was ok, but it’s a dollar more plus compared to other boba shops in the block. I didn’t care for the flavor, either. Maybe they just forgot to add it.
It's a fun place for Boba tea!!! A pool table and some nice snack!

Great boba with a good selection. The tapioca balls were nice and chewy, and the tea had great flavor without being too sweet. Prices were also fair!

The tapioca pears were pretty delicious but the brown sugar drink was not the greatest. Would come visit again to try something new.

Good Boba Tea. Prices were great!
It was a cute cafe with quite a few game options!!! I wish we could have stayed longer and stuck around. But the drinks were also really good ❤️
I definitely appreciate that there is another bubble tea store in Pittsburgh. But, out of the few places I have tried that serve boba, this ranks closer to the bottom. I simply was not impressed with the drink I got. And, it wasn't very cheap either. I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea, which is a classic. It was surprisingly unflavorful. I thought there was not much brown sugar in it. It was just like Earl Grey tea with a little bit of sweetness. The portion was okay and the price was also medium, so nothing stood out there.I got it with the egg pudding. You can also add boba, sago, tapioca, and so on but for all of these add ins, you need to pay extra. This was a very strange thing to have in my boba. It had a very gooey jello-like texture and a mild sweet taste. Would not recommend it.All in all, I was not very impressed with this place. In fact, I would say it ranks toward the lower half of places I have tried in Pittsburgh. But, they are relatively new, so it might take some time for them to adjust.

Love Tea is such a hole in the wall. Been going there for a while. They never skimp out on portion size and the quality is always consistent and amazing compared to the larger chains like Kung Fu Tea.
The rolls were great and price was reasonable, but the waiting time was long.
recently visited Love Tea for a bubble tea and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drink. The outside of the shop may look a little sketchy, but don't let that deter you. However, I was disappointed that I was unable to try any of their food as the cashier was new and did not know how to ring up the items. Despite this, the bubble tea was good and I would recommend giving Love Tea a try. Just hoping that next time I will be able to try some of their foods since they looked quite good
LOVE this shop. Every tea flavor i've gotten has been delicious. Their fruit teas are made with fresh fruit, their milk teas are always just right, and the boba is always cooked to perfection. Can't recommend it enough, best boba in pittsburgh.
