The owner is very ignorant screaming at my bf for calling back very nicely to explain our order was messed up
Great food and great prices. The only complaint I have is getting someone on the phone to order. I called 2 days in a row and still couldn’t reach anyone. Hire another phone person please.
Poor experience with Lupi’s. Put in an order online for delivery, received order confirmation but 1 1/2 hours later still no food, well past quoted delivery time. We call them and get no answer. I drove there, see the flashing “OPEN” sign in the window but front door is locked. Walk around side, theres a door open, lights on but not a soul in sight.
