Charged why more than it was to be. Called and they argued with me about it. Said no tomato as m6 husband is allergic to them they put it on all 5 hoagies. Asked for extra mayo and there's very very little. Asked me if I was paying with cash. I'm wondering if they needed the cash for something else.. So called manager was rude. Asked for the owners info and he refused to give it to me ..

Owner has issues I would have gotten more throwing my money away I kinda feel sorry for them after all these years they don't understand repeat customers are what make a business grow but his responses speak for them selves

Terrible experience with Lupi’s. I ordered food, received a text message notification the order was received, then another message that it was on it’s way, and finally that it was delivered, but it never arrived. When I called to inquire someone swore at me! Never ordering here again.
Ordered a delivery pizza was late but not terrible. Was the wrong pizza, maybe got some one else's. They immediately made it right and sent another one. Pizza was top notch we all loved it...., friendly delivery folks apologizing for the mistake. Every business has mistakes, they took care of theirs in fine fashion. Thanks

While a good portion of the menu is well done for what it is, I got perhaps the most pitiful amount of meat I’ve ever seen on a sandwich, and when I ordered another sandwich with EXTRA meat, it was nearly exactly the same.
