Yesterday, my aunt was bumped and knocked over by a car in the parking lot. First, she is okay and the driver stayed with her which we are so grateful for. While I wasn’t there, my aunt talked about how amazing all of the staff were while waiting for the paramedics to arrive. She said they stopped what they were doing and were directing traffic to make sure she was safe and could be gotten to by the paramedics. Thank you so much to Cibrone’s and their staff for helping in a scary situation and quick reactions. This is why my family has been coming here for decades and always will.

I literally live a few houses away from here. I always enjoy the smell of fresh bread being baked by the night shift. This place is always busy. It’s nice that they have their own parking lot, but it can be hard with the traffic on Grove, especially during the holidays. Our front drive is often used for quick stops, but we don't mind as most people are in and out in only a few minutes. I don't go in too often, mostly because I would be big as a house if I did!! I do like that they carry eggs, milk and butter, but their baked goods are hefty. Since I hadn't been in, in a while I decided to go all out and get a sandwich, some hot-dog rolls, couple of deserts and a few slices of pizza. All was less than $20. I'll have to remember that, and stop buying the cheap overly processed bread from the grocery store. The problem is, that I don't eat it fast enough and as this has way less preservatives, you s hould store it in the fridge. The counter can get crowded and frantic, but that’s part of the fun for me. I am a big guy, so I always worry about blocking someone’s view. It’s hard to look at the counter goods, but I just wait. The staff are always very welcoming, down to earth and always ask me if I need help right away. The customers are what make this place. One time, I was in a hurry and I simply asked everyone if it would be okay if I grabbed some bread really quick. They were all very kind and said sure. I thanked them again! I always enjoy my interactions with the other customers as we all stand huddled at the front. The people working there seem to be very patient with me, but I already know what I want and don’t ask a ton of questions, so that’s probably why. After living in rural PA for that past 6-years it’s nice to be back in a city and that this place is so close! I don't know the owners, but I always enjoy when they decorate for the holidays. They have good fresh baked goods, pizza's and carry raviloi as well! The prices are very reasonable, especially these days!

First I would like to state their food is wonderful!
But.lets talk about how.they run deli counter and why i will now stop going there.
The employees are all so stressed. Especially lady that wears baseball cap. There snarky and somewhat borderline rude!
Im spending my money and I feel I can't decide because I'm being rushed!

It's a plethora of things that cause it but it's to congested in there. The employees are fumbling practically tripping over each other. The fast pace they have causes not listening and anxiety. Not sure why? But it causes to much chaos for me.

Again food is.fantastic.

My family used to be loyal customers at The Uncommon Market which closed many years ago now. I haven’t been able to find another good Italian family bakery/deli that wasn’t too far away until my husband randomly found this place. The pastries are great, and now I know where I can reliably find my Torrone without having to go to Penn Mac! I love how you can tell it’s a family place.

Allow me to digress. The Bakery, is fantastic, outta this world with smells n baked stuff. Check out the pies n potato pancakes and those zucchini things, dang.
Won't go wrong, even if you dont get a tattoo... [i don'tthink they do tattoos.]
Thats all, great place to pick up something. Yeah, like dinner even. Give the little lady a break.
See you there.
