you might make good cakes, but very unprofessional and rude when it comes to planning ! the way you spoke to my friend on the phone about her birthday cake was highly unprofessional do better so sad.

Acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I called. I understand if you guys do not have availability and that’s no issue, but they just acted like it was a big inconvenience that I called since they were going on vacation tomorrow I work in customer service and I 100% get it if there’s no availability for me, etc. but just the way they answered the phone was not polite at all

Nancy was a dream to work with to design our wedding cake. She is welcoming, professional, and clearly a master of her craft. She executed not only an absolutely beautiful cake, but also easily the most delicious wedding cake we’ve ever tasted. Our guests raved about it! Our ideal wedding cake was expertly created by Madison Avenue Specialty Cakes.

I drew the wedding cake design I have in mind, and they amazingly brought it to life, making us smile when we saw our cake in person. It was very adorable and too cute and lovely to eat! We loved the cake design in life: the soft white and blue colors, the dots, the fresh flowers! It was so cute the way they've put the cake toppers, which we brought.

Our guests thought the flavors were fantastic as well! We made a wise decision by choosing a variety of filling flavors so that everyone could enjoy the cake.

Once again, thank you so much! We will definitely be getting more delectable cakes here soon!

She made me 2 very special cakes for a combined retirement & 60th birthday celebration. We ordered a birthday cake from Madison Ave Cakes. The team was extremely flexible with our date and accommodated our requests. We've ordered cakes from Oakmont Bakery, Bella Christie, Potomac Bakery, etc. This is by far the most delicious cake we've ordered. Our guests loved it and couldn't rave about it more. We have ordered 5 cakes and a couple dozen cupcakes from Madison Ave Cakes and we have loved all of them! This place is a 50 minute drive from our home but their ability to make cakes beautifully, combined with how absolutely delicious it always is, totally makes it worth the drive. They also work with your needs and the orders are totally customizable. We’re always getting compliments about how good the cakes are and how good they look. We definitely plan to continue ordering from them.

We had Madison Avenue cakes do our wedding this past month, and the result was above and beyond my expectations! The cake looked exactly as requested (and in my opinion even better than the Pinterest inspiration we provided). But even better, all of our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the cake was! I ordered a custom 80s cake for my 50th birthday. I was more than thrilled with the way it turned out. I hated to cut into it. I wish I could have kept it. Oh, and it tasted fantastic too. I will definitely order here if I am ever in need of a cake.
