Just a cool place for a rum cocktail. Unpretentious and relaxing with excellent bartenders. Perfect place to start or end an evening.
Did the whiskey rebellion tour and this place was in the top 2. The chupacabra is a great drink!!!
We had no idea it was there and we loved the tiki drinks and atmosphere. Loved that it's dog friendly.
Quality rum, delicious, thoughtful cocktails, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
What a cool place. You would never know this place is here if it wasn’t for a friend telling you or Google searching. It’s a hidden gem. Drinks were delicious, bartender was super nice and easy going. Great atmosphere. Now if they only had someone playing a light guitar it was top it off.
This place is hands down the best for rum cocktails in Pittsburgh! The bartenders are true artists, always crafting incredible drinks with flavors you won't find anywhere else. We’re regulars at the Strip District location, and it’s never a disappointment. The cocktail innovations are next level—each drink is a unique experience. Whether you're a rum aficionado or just looking to try something new, this spot is a must-visit for any cocktail lover!
Maggie's Farm is such a great cocktail bar. Hidden inside a discretely marked building on Smallman, this place serves up delicious tiki drinks as well as traditional & creative cocktails all made with a variety of their rums and liqueurs. They make the best Pain Killer around! Plan on making a stop if you are in the Strip District.
We stopped here on a Saturday evening in January. We purchased a whiskey trail pass and Maggie’s Farm was on the list of locations. Because it was in the pass, we thought there would be whiskey and didn’t realize before coming it is rum. Regardless, we sat at the bar and had a rum drink and a mocktail and both were good. The bartenders were busy making drinks. It wasn’t super crowded but all the tables were full. It was a bit dark in the room so my pics are not the best.
I didn’t see a food menu or a kitchen but I see food here on the review tab so not really sure if we were just there too late or what.
We are not from this area and we relied on Google maps to find it. It was dark and the sign was small and not really easy to see so at first we weren’t even sure if we were in the right place or if they were open. They are dog-friendly, there was a pup right inside the door.
Overall good experience but we only had one drink each and weren’t here too long.
Maggie's is my favorite cocktail bar in the city. The cocktails are great and well priced, the staff is friendly and inviting, and being in the tap room feels like part of the magic of rum distilling.
Maggie’s is a gem. They’ve won countless awards for their rum. Cocktails are reasonably priced and delicious

Favorite distillery in the Pittsburgh area. Great atmosphere and drinks! The bartender was also very friendly. We will definitely be back.
If you're looking for a speakeasy/hole-in-the-wall, this is for you! Tucked away, decent music, good drinks
My husband and I stopped by today, and we had such a wonderful time! The daiquiri of the month with Asian pear liquor was incredible. The bartender was very kind and welcoming, and we felt right at home. We already can't wait to visit again soon!
All I got was a glass of sherry aged rum and a can of Jackworth Ginger Beer, so I can't comment on the cocktails. But that rum was excellent and the ginger beer had the freshest ginger flavor I've had in a drink. The space is small, but I found a seat. Service was great.
