Great place to grab a beer! The bartender was very friendly. A lot of college students come here. It gets very crowded. But the bartender is very professional and quick. I will definitely be back when I’m on East Carson

I used to love their Buffalo Chicken Dip but tonight I noticed it's literally all cheese. Where's the chicken? I complained to the bartender and he was like it's minced. I did not order cheese and fired pita. Big disappointment!! They need to do better. Been going here for over 10 years. Not surprised that another group complained while here. Still the same response. Smh!

Awesome experience. Friendly atmosphere. Killer bar food. Good sporting atmosphere. Even for a chiefs fan. Lol. I'd go back. There was a good mix of the crowd. I saw people if all walks and ages.

Mario's has decades of service inside the walls that I had the pleasure of gaining knowledge about. I can't say enough about the atmosphere and hospitality. I would highly recommend this well documented establishment. If you like Italian heritage, this is the place.

I love this place. Cheap drinks, good time. Lots of college kids, but what else is to be expected.

The same "bouncers" who carded my 60 yr old but were not any where to be seen. I made my way to use restroom, and the two gave new meaning to "men's room!", they were pleasuring each other. George Michael would be proud. Funny thing is theze two jag-offs,(YEA LITERALLY), still work, and hang out there, as of 12/27/23. CREEPY. thanks for taking one more step to ruin pittsburgh, and the southside!!!

Burger was very good. Tater tots were very crisp and the waitress was nice. Atmosphere was a little loud with the college kids but all in all it was good food. Ticket times were not to great and the table was not wiped down which was obvious due to the presence of who knows what on its surface and the silverware actually had crud on it that I scraped off with my nail. I thought at first that it possibly was from hard water or soap residue but I can assure you it was not. I am giving them one star because cleanliness is everything in a restaurant environment. If what the customer is seeing is this bad then what is happening in the kitchen where we can't see.

A few friends and I were in Pittsburgh for a concert downtown and we heard rumors from other concert goers about a fun spot in this area. When we arrived to find it was closed, we walked a bit up the street and found Mario's on the corner. The music was loud and there were a good bit of people there so we decided to grab a drink. The space itself gives off a rather old school sports bar/dive bar top vibe but you could tell they mix things up. There was karaoke happening in one room, and the main bar was poppin' and had friendly and attentive staff working. We stayed for a few drinks before heading back towards our hotel. We made some friends while we were there too. I could totally see why people head here late in the middle of the week. I doubt I'll ever be back but it was a fun discovery.

You know exactly what you’re getting into when you come here. Crowd is pretty young. There is enough space to spread out. Love all the levels in this bar. $14 for a margarita w/ espolon and a rum and coke is a great deal.
