Really loved this place. We had a 6:30pm reservation but we really didn't need it because the place was empty. We had excellent service and our waitress had good recommendations. The food came out steaming hot and well cooked. Not the least expensive place but definitely a hidden gem in the mall worth visiting!

Where else are you going to get a Salade Nicoise at the mall? Have a bottle of wine with lunch or dinner. Then, go shopping. You won't regret a thing.

Quite surprised by all the positive reviews. Not sure if we were unlucky. I ordered a beer and it was never brought. Server didn't speak with us and I couldn't address the issues we had with the food. Soup was good. Chicken salad and calamari were really bad

Always liked Nordstrom Café, but today the whole experience was just average. Table was dirty and needed to be cleaned off, server was partially attentive and food was average. In general, I find the overall Nordstrom needs to pick me up.

We love the Nordstrom cafe ! It's such a nice quiet place to have lunch or dinner ! The food is always good and the service is great ! My granddaughters absolutely love the Mac n cheese there ! They say it's the best !

Hidden gem I recently discovered located inside Nordstrom's at Ross Park Mall. Charming cafe/ diner vibes with great menu. Very comfortable environment. Everything was prepared great and tasted delicious. Marketplace is definitely somewhere I will be visiting again. I certainly didn't expect such refined and curated food from a cafe inside a department store, so I was pleasantly surprised. I had the tomato bisque which was lovely. I shared the tomato and burrata salad which was fresh and divine. I also shared a turkey club sandwich with fries - packed with flavor. Fries came with a kalamata olive aioli for dipping. This was definitely a condiment I wouldn't expect. It was actually really good. They have a kids menu and French Press Coffee - two additional bonuses.
Food is fresh and amazing! Best French dip I've ever had. Fries are thin and crispy and seasoned excellently!

The waiter left a lot to be desire. He acted in a flippish manner. Maybe he thinks he is funny. Failed to bring my soup when my wife received hers. I mentioned this and said it's too late and i no longer wanted it. Apparently, he was nor really listening to me because he brought a cup of soup anyway and it was not the kind I originally ordered. I was upset but ate it anyway. It was my wife's birthday, and we expected a pleasant evening. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was a birthday occasion. The staff never gave my wife any recognition of the occasion. Our visit was anything but pleasant.
