Our first time here and we will be repeat customers !!!! The best atmosphere, outstanding service and the food was incredible 100000/10 !!!
Our dinner was great. The service is top notch and attentive. Our meals were delicious. I had the NY strip topped with peppers, cheese and tomatoes with parm-reggiano cheese...delicious. The filet was also superb. Our steaks were cooked just as we asked. Sides and portions are large, so we shared the garlic mashed potatoes which are always a treat. This restaurant is qualiity and not inexpensive, but it is definitely worth it.
First time visitor. Absolutely loved it! Really friendly staff, food was phenomenal. Unbelievably generous portions and all delicious. My family and I will be back!
We went for Pittsburgh Restaurant week. We viewed the prices and took a reservation. My wife and I were shocked at the portions size! We thought the special would be smaller portion size. It was not! The entire meal was awesome! The egg plant stack and fresh mozzarella tuna plate was incredible!!
Food and service were amazing. We sat outside and it was a perfect day to take in the view.
Our experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and abundant. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
Fantastic restaurant! We loved the private room and the food was all amazing! Service was top notch, the entire evening was perfect!!
We ordered the New York strip steak and Bucatini Carbonara. All sides are accompaniments are additional. Both meals were excellent. I am not a fan of high priced mediocre sides such as Mac & cheese, truffle fries, wilted spinach etc. I would recommend, but understand you will pay a minimum of $70.00 for a steak on a plate.
Second time here.. food underwhelming again overall. It's hit and miss and too many misses. Pasta bland, drinks weak. Steak, veal and meatballs good. Sides NOT good. Fun location, really nice staff. Too pricey to chance getting a bland dish. It's at the casino and thats appropriate since dining here is a gamble.
Worst dining experience I've ever had! Once we were seated we waited a good 10 minutes for someone to come to our table! We had two servers the gentleman whose name I didn't get seemed as this we ruined his evening by just being there! I ordered a medium rare filet mignon for my main coarse and it arrived cold and I returned it immediately only to have them reheat the same piece and return it well done!

The best part of this restaurant was the service. Everyone was kind and attentive and on the ball. They laughed and joked with us without the expense of good service. The food was good, but without its fancy casino locale it likely couldn't command that kind of money. The casino is a strange place. The tagline “Yo Cuz” everywhere was off putting, but once they had invested in signage and merch, I guess you have to hang onto an idea even if it's lame.
It was my first time there celebrated my husband's birthday and it was absolutely amazing the service was impeccable best meal we've had in a while.
This was our (6 of us) first time @ Martorano's. We started with the stuffed banana peppers and the meatball. The salad that came with the meatball was soooo good. Every steak was cooked yo perfection. I had the veal picatta. Very yummy. One of the girls got the Lobster Francaise. The risotto was really good as was the lobster. Not one of us had a bad meal. We will definitely be back when we're in the Pittsburgh area.
Overall experience was good, but we never got our calamari and ordered a bottle of wine and were only served a glass each. My dirty martini was great but my sister's cosmo was a little too sour!!! Everytime we are at the Rivers we dine there and usually it is wonderful and enjoy wining there. One other little comment I would like to share is that the salads are usually a bit heavy on the dressing and we have tried every salad on the menu before our entrees.
Dining at Martorano's is always a treat, but our recent visit was nothing short of spectacular. The filet with South American lobster was absolutely scrumptious—cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavor. The shrimp and lobster fra diavolo was another standout dish—rich, bold, and perfectly spicy, it's a must-try for any seafood lover. Autumn, our server, was exceptional—attentive, personable, and knowledgeable, adding a warm and professional touch to our evening. As always, manager Matt ran the floor like a well-oiled machine, ensuring every detail was flawless. What makes Martorano's truly special is how everyone there treats us like family. From the moment we walk in to the final bite of dessert, it's clear this is more than just a restaurant—it's an experience we look forward to every time. We love Martorano's!
