We visited this place for lunch today. It wasn't busy at all. However, when we entered the guy told us to seat ourselves and never showed up to give us the menu or ask for drink. After 5 minutes a younger guy came from upstairs watching some soccer or similar thing on his phone with volume on. He then came and asked what we want and I said what do you have? We didn't have a menu. Then we ordered buffet trays. After us an American couple came and ordered same as us. They got their food, water and naan before us. While I was watching the waiters/owners struggling to put the dishes in the tray for us. And finally when they brought our dishes all where cold except one.
Again, we didn't get any attention about refills while the others were getting refills for their food!
The food itself wasn't great too! Only two pieces of chicken or paneer in the masala! Cold rice, reheated bread!
And the bathrooms were dirty, the men's bathrooms roof was leaking too!
I would never again go to this place

Added 20% large party tax for no reason. Did not have a large party. Very dishonest practice

Food taste was decent. Ambience is fine, a little cumbersome for space though. Serving needs more attention as we had appetizers come in along with main course.

I ordered food from here and the rice smelled 100% like mildew. That was not normal. I had to throw it away.

Very oily. Paid for chicken in my korma and didn’t receive it.

We ordered a take out and so this is not based on hotel experience. However we found the following issues
1. Paneer was tougher than stone
2. Chilli Paneer was absolutely fire and we couldn’t eat it at all. No option to control spice level
3. Roti/Naan are very difficult to tear/chew
4. Samosa chat smelt a bit different
In the past we had ordered and have noticed that progressively their taste has gone down. We will no longer be ordering out or eating at this place.

I ordered the Tikka masala from UberEats the other day and it was the worst Indian food I’ve ever had. The curry was very oily and had separated. The rice was plain and not flavorful. The following day I felt like absolute death. I’ve contemplated the idea of a natural birth one day when I have kids, and the abdominal distress I experienced has made me reconsider carrying on my family’s genes. Do not eat here.

Probably the best garlic naan I’ve ever had in my life. They have this unlimited lunch buffet. I’m already full without requesting anything else. Definitely worth it. Give it a try!

I'm sad that I didn't find this place sooner!
We received a very warm welcome from the server and she was great and attentive throughout our meal. The Chicken Takka Kebob was delicious. With the help of the server, my wife was able to choose from several different vegan options.
I also learned that baby eggplants are a thing and yes, they are quite cute. The house naan was delicious and probably the best I've had in recent memory.
10/10, will return. This location has easy parking, lots of seating, and vegan options.

**Restaurant Review: A Disappointing Experience**
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Masala House Indian Bistro was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, the meal was a disaster.
The chicken was rubbery, lacked seasoning, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The vegetables were mushy, flavorless, and clearly not fresh. The service is good but words don’t fill the stomach!!!!
The portion sizes were small for the exorbitant prices, and not a single dish on the menu seemed to justify the cost. Even the simplest items, like bread, were stale and unappetizing. They’re charging extra money for every dish for the toppings even in the curries.
Overall, I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. I certainly won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent meal.
