This place is the pits… the service SUCKS ASS!! When you order via DoorDash, they wait until the last minute to cancel your order… the customer service is terrible… definitely need to do a reset & get some people that really want to work & serve.

Ordered on the app was standing in side for 20 minutes while my bag was up and ready. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich and they forgot the egg? It’s in the damn name. Pittsburgh McDonald’s all around are going down hill..

Well first off the girl at the speaker had and attitude and interrupted during our order then when we pulled up found out she messed up our order and the people ip front tried to tell us we were wrong then were suppose to fix the problem and instead fixed half of the problem kinda. Terrible workers and management isn't any better.

I asked for coffee with 3 sugar. The old lady put milk in it. I know old people should work but ya gotta at least get a simple order right if you're going to do that job ( no offense)! 🙄

This McDonald's location literally stole money from me. I was at the location on a Sunday evening. The lights were on outside. The lights were on inside. It was only about 8pm so I figured they should still be open. I placed a drive-thru order in the app. Proceeded to the drive-thru speaker. No response. Went to the window. They were closed. So I paid money through the app (which should not have happened if the store was supposed to be closed), and I never got what I paid for.

I tried for WEEKS to get this straightened out with McDonald's. Multiple emails with customer service... never had a real conversation with a real person. Customer service said that the store owner would contact me. Never got a call from the owner. i checked my bank account and I was indeed charged for the order through the app. Never got my money back. So as far as I'm concerned, THEY STOLE MY MONEY. McDonald's will NEVER again get another dime out of me.

I would leave negative stars if I could honestly, this service was horrendous. I ordered my food around 10 minutes ahead, and when I arrived, I waited for another hour, and nothing came of it. I never got my food, and apparently, they "fulfilled" my order the first few minutes I arrived, but I never got anything. I waited for over an hour and they finally asked what I had and my number, but because they already "fulfilled" it, I didn't have the number anymore. They refused to look at anything else on my app or receipt. So, I left empty-handed after waiting for over an hour. Truly the worst service I have ever encountered, I wouldn't go to this Mcdonalds if you paid me to.

They’re always closed wayyy ahead of time. There’s signs saying you can only sit inside for 15 minutes, and all the employees are clearly exhausted. Makes for a depressing experience.
