We ordered via the McDonalds app, paid and went to pick up my order. I was told they are closing even though there was 10 more minutes, and when I asked how I could get a refund, I was told “I don’t know anything”

Very dirty place, time limit is 15 min just for dining in, we had to eat on the car. Also did not provide napkins at ALL! ALSO FORGOT OUR CHOCOLATE MILK! Staff also didn't take ANY NOTICE! zero! Go to the one on 6361 Penn Street instead. DO NOT GO HERE! UPDATE: THE COKE IS SYRUP PLUS CARBONATED WATER!

Awful atmosphere. They lock the doors to the dining room, and the drive through took 45 minutes. Every staff member was put out and on their phones the entire time. Do not go to this location. Literally the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to.

Went into the store today for lunch and was told that the lobby was closed because they were to understand young lady was blonde hair and glasses then after waiting for a frappe I was told that the machines broken Even though a gentleman walked past me drinking a frappe
