I’ve eaten at what feels like hundreds of McDonald’s over multiple decades so I think I’m pretty familiar with the their menu and typical quality… and after getting a drive through order here I felt this location deserved a positive Google review. We were just passing through town and got a quarter pounder cheeseburger meal and a regular cheeseburger. Both burgers were prepared well - as if the kitchen crew cared about their work. The fries were especially good that day too. Kudos to them and thanks for a great lunch.

I was there for lunch, it was pretty quiet. My meal was prepared quickly and brought to me at the table. My big mac was good (like every big mac I have ever had before). The personnel were friendly and everything was clean. So nothing to complain about.

As a delivery driver, I have only been nice and respectful of course when I come in here. I have no idea why the man in charge of the front end has to be so incredibly rudeWhen we kindly ask if they have a certain order number in their system, we ask that because oftentimes orders get stolen and we could stand there waiting for 20 minutes for an order that isn't even in the system anymore. It's not a crazy thing to gently kindly ask. Not asking for anything other than whether or not it's in the systemWe know the shelf is where orders go when they're ready, and when it's ready it'll be on the shelf. But again, half the time orders get stolen and we can't risk standing there waiting for an order that may not even be in the systemLast time I was in here, the man in charge of the front end kept cutting me off and wouldn't even listen when I asked that simple question respectfully and nicely with a genuine smile, as we've had many interactions before and I thought we were coolKept cutting me off and then gestured to all us drivers waiting and said "none of yall are getting your orders" and things like that. We are literally just trying to do our job by delivering food to customers. It's not crazy to ask if an order number is in their system so we don't wait for an order that is not even being made. I'm telling you this happens a lot, this is why we ask if an order is in the systemAnyway, I hope he was just having a bad day or something, but I don't even feel comfortable ever going back to this location because of the level of disrespect toward us delivery drivers. It shouldn't be like that

Wow. This was an incredibly horrendous experience. Came here tonight with my boyfriend around 9. Despite being only 3rd in the drive thru it took over 30 minutes between ordering and receiving our food. The first bag they handed us was a kids meal and clearly not what we had ordered. The kind drive thru worker apologized and told us to pull forward. We waited an additional 10 minutes for the next re-do bag to arrive. Before we left I made sure we checked the bag for the accurate items. The second bag also was incorrect. We gave up and decided to leave and go to Wendy’s down the road. The fries that we ended up getting accidentally were also pretty awful. The hot fudge sundaes we did order and receive were actually pretty good and were filled fully.

The food is usually fine and orders are usually correct. But the way this place handles bag fees is actually, literally laughable. I placed a curbside order and forgot to buy a $0.10 bag. Ok, my fault, I suppose. Here's the kicker, though: the employee brought the food out in a bag, and then informed me that I did not purchase a bag, and proceeded to unload each item from the (now used) bag, into my lap. I clarified that she was not planning on giving me the (again, greasy and now unusable) bag, which she confirmed she was not, before going back inside and presumably throwing the bag away.I'm just not sure about sacrificing customer service to adhere that doggedly to a $0.10 bag fee, especially considering the restaurant also forgot to include multiple sauces, for which it charges $0.25 each.

Staff more interested in talking amongst themselves then serving customers, I observed multiple other people having to repeatedly get staff's attention while eating. Ordered a coffee and while it tasted fine it was barely above room temperature, their sandwiches were also sub par even for the franchise. Overall it was decently clean but the poor service and mediocre food will keep me from returning to this establishment.

Order couldn't be taken, apparently they were watching the sports game because you can hear it in the speaker in the drive thru along with people cheering. A complete joke and unreal .

I was craving a big mac meal, just regular size. I stood at counter for five minutes as 4 employees walked around looking at their phones. I spoke up they had to decide who was gonna work the register. Sent an idiot to take my order. 13 minutes at this point. $10.83 cents later got burnt meat, no straws, or napkins. Worst mcdonalds ever

Horrible horrible horrible! Went for a doordash got greeted with what can I do for you I proceeded to tel them I was picking up doordash order and the order name staff seemed super confused said they didn’t have that order then told me to pull up to the window so which one is it do you have it or not? Sat at the window without being greeted workers just standing there talking right in front of the window listening to rap on blast not a care in the world then opened the window not a hello not a sorry for the wait nothing just stared at me and when I showed them the order they still seemed confused kept asking me for the last four digits of the confirmation and then told me it’s gone when I said no I just talked to the customer they said nope and walked away and closed the window how incredibly rude!
