Both times my experience was trash. The first time, I sat at my table waiting forever for my food. I decided to go ask about it, and the manager pointed to my food on the counter and said; there it is right there, it’s been there. I said but I ordered table service, so I wasn’t expecting it to be sitting on the counter. He again pointed to my bag, and said there it is, and then started ringing people up. Placed a mobile order. While waiting in the drive thru like to pick it up, we could hear the employee complaining about the order using the name the order was placed under because apparently their system couldn’t handle the fact we prepaid. And, they made sure we were penalized for daring to place an online order. When we opened our 10 piece chicken nuggets, we found 2 fish patties that already had a bite taken out of it. Honestly. Terrible service. Woman called my son a liar and the r word. Toys were missing from the cactus box. Very dirty inside.
