Me and my parents came to get lunch after an appointment, the service we walked into was expected due to how busy it was. However when it came time to collect our food it had died down some, but the service stayed the same. At first it seemed fine with a straw missing and 2 drinks still being made, but then when one of the 2 drinks came out our order number wasn't called so it sat there. We then brought the receipt up to get the last 2 drinks, the employee who brought the second drink (after they pointed out the one that was sitting) rolled their eyes when handing off the last drink. They then crumpled up our receipt and threw it out without asking us anything. We will NOT be coming back to this location.

I was in the bathroom and I noticed the employee must wash hands sign so I kindly waited and 1 hour and 20 minutes went by and no employee came to wash my hands very disappointed I had to leave with out washing my hands and I literally hand explosive you know what and it was on my hand so I was driving home with you know what on my hand very bad experience

Waited 20 minutes for the ugliest dirtiest McChicken ever, and when I told the tall dude at the front about it, he wanted to give me a nasty attitude instead of just apologizing and getting me a new sandwich. Then I over heard the chick who was bagging up food tell the chick in the back to mess with my order. 0/5

One of the worst locations in the city. A large portion of the staff could use some extensive customer service training. A lot of them have bad attitudes and come across as just plain rude unwarranted especially un the drive thru.

I grubhubbed here twice and they got my order wrong twice.
I have never been served as fast as here. Maybe I was lucky since there were no cars at the drive through. Ordered 3 5$ meal menus and not more than 5 min later was served at my table. Fries were warm, nuggets crispy.....nothing to complain about. But as I said, maybe I cought them on a good fay.

Omg just waited 30mins for a bundle meal the manager Ms Lady with the bifocal glasses very rude and nonchalant i literally waited on the side for 30mins and ppl behind me was getting there food get my food fries warm burger sloppily made with ketchup and a bunch of sauce burger mad e wrong but they need some help on this day 12/11/24 6:00 to 6:30
