The food was very yummy, but for some reason, my server wouldn’t get me water. I ordered four small waters, cause I didn’t have any money, but I was really thirsty, and my friend was too, but for some reason, he instead of talking to me just printed out the receipt and threw it away and acted like he did something. I then continued to order one more water in which he printed out the receipt and threw it away.

Placed my order on line went in to pick it up and went inside and waited 25 minutes to get waited on no one inside and then the nasty lady going to say go to drive thru and I said miss it says pick up at counter and she just walked away so I went thru the drive thru and still couldn't get my after being there a hour I finally got my food and it's cold no more will I go there

Ordered breakfast on the app for pickup at 10:25am, spend 20 minutes in the drive thru line waiting to pick up my food, only to be told that it was too late for breakfast even though I had already ordered and paid for the food? I will be disputing the charges because I was never refunded for the food that I wasn’t given even though the manager said that I was. Not sure if this is new management or something because I’ve never had an issue with this McDonald’s before.

So glad the Snack Wrap is finally back! I’ve been waiting for this moment for way too long. The wrap was fresh, perfectly crispy, and hit the spot for a late-night craving. Service was quick, and everything was just right. Please never take it off the menu again!!

Ordered through Grubhub, got only parts of my order, this is second time from this location. Time to change locations.
Went there today for lunch with kids after an appointment. We all ordered the $5 meals. My son just wanted the meat and cheese with no bun and he received a bun with cheese. I ordered the burger with only ketchup and I also received just a bun with cheese. Neither kids or I received our fries or straws. I went to get the straws fries and our burgers fixed and manager gave me an attitude saying the receipt dosent say there is meat on the burgers. Told her if someone orders a burger/cheese burger with no bun or worth just ketchup that dosent mean don’t put the meat

I recently had a problem a few days ago when I went to this location to order my usual which is a steak egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I always use my receipt coupon which means you can buy any sandwich and get one for free. The gentleman that was taking my order told me that the steak egg and cheese is no longer in the promotion. So I had to order something else that day. I made a complaint that very day. A few days later, Tara (the manager) contacted me and told me that she would like to give me a free bagel meal and that she was sorry that happened to me. That I was right. You can buy any sandwich buy one get one free.. receipt coupon. Tara had a meeting with all the employees to correct this problem so that it doesn't happen again. I really value customer service skills especially these days. I want to thank Tara for her dedication on customer service and strive to resolve this situation. I thank you so much 😊
