Guy just bare handed an ice cream cone. even had a little spot where he touched the ice cream. this same employee once handed my food to the car next to me at curbside. they took it, opened it up, handed it back to him, and he handed it to me.

my favorite mcdonald’s of all time!!! everyone that works here is always so kind, the food is always on point…it’s literally the best! the manager, ed, is the coolest! he’s a big part of why me and my family are regular customers here! :)
Wait times are averaging about 15 minutes for delivery drivers. Their employees seem to be nice and hard working. However, something they could fix is checking if the delivery driver is there once they package the food. I’ve stood there at least 10 times as my food was already made and completed and it put me behind another 10 minutes. Other than that it’s one of the better McDonald’s when it comes to employees working together.

The food doesn't taste as good, and the buns are bad in my opinion. I used to buy there 1-2 times a week, but not now. The inside has been "remodeled" to be as uncomfortable as imaginable so people won't linger. I have stopped going there. Tried again, and got fish sandwiches which were inedible. Not ever going back. The prices were higher and the quality much lower.

I pulled up to the drive thru around 10 pm and the guy on the speaker said to me "if you aren't going to talk to me then I'm not going to talk to you" whaaattt? Who talks to people like that? ? It wasn't my first unpleasant experience at this location but that was so weird and definitely uncalled for. New staff is definitely needed at this location
Two expensive no more 2 for 5 sausage egg and cheese muffins will be going somewhere else. Normally there 2or3 times a week for breakfast plus they charge for breakfast sauce now

I go into the drive thru and the girl quickly handed my a small frozen coke I did not order. I was confused but okay. Then she opened the window to ask me order which she said she could not find. Then she opened the window and snapped at me demanding the drink back so she could throw it away!! I found that very strange so I asked and she rolled her eyes at me! The manager then came up and I explained the situation and he said “she was not rude to you that is ridiculous!” How would you know when you heard 10% of the conversation!! EVERY TIME I eat at this place it is an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

The quarter pounder I ordered was raw meat and soaked in oil. Thank god I ordered a chicken sandwich because at least that was cooked!

Just had to pull through the drive through last minute because my wife didn't notice a mistake on our order earlier. The woman working the drive through was amazing, and her customer service was top notch even though I'm sure they were all tired and ready to go home as well. Thank you ma'am
