The last few times I've ordered food at this location they can't seem to make a sandwich properly at all. Missing patties from sandwiches and putting on items that were asked to be removed from the sandwiches. I've also received sandwiches with the buns torn in half.

Been going to the McDonald's resturant on mt lebanon blvd mainly for coffee for over 25 years. I told them my coffee was too cold(its happened often so I thought I would say something). The worker accused me of complaining too much. When I asked to speak to the manager, she recognized me as a regular patron and told me that I never complain! It really bothered me what the employee said and yet, I feel like this branch never took responsibility for what happened. Anyway, you may not want to complain about anything there; They don't seem to like it.

I will go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. I have never been to this location before and i orderer a big mac, chicken nuggets, and a pie. The lady was friendly and she even let me know that there is a promo to get a second pie for a penny. Then the price of the Big Mac ended up cheaper than other McDonald's in the area. And then, this Big Mac was the best Big Mac in a while. Kudos to this team?

Stopped in randomly when taking a long, early morning walk. Went to the counter to order and pay with cash, skipping the kiosk. Even though they were really busy and appeared to be short staffed, staff were right there, took my order, paid and in about a minute my food was in front of me. The go-to sausage biscuit with egg meal was just as delicious and consistent as expected. Entire place was clean, service fast and food perfect…what else could you ask for? Great start to the day
Even with cars backed up on a Saturday morning, service was excellent and fast. My steak bagel and hash browns were hot and well packaged with plenty of napkins and a straw. My iced vanilla coffee could've used a little more mixing with the syrup but was still good. (I understand during rushes) Friendly staff with smiles early AM. Not my first time here, and as far as McDonald's goes, this one is usually consistent and a good bet in my experience.

This location is dirty. We were there for a hockey tournament 4 days in a row, the pop station was always dirty, and the service was ? slow. Never saw any fresh bakes ever un the display. it looks like the same every day as un photo.

Ordered delivery, they forgot the sauces that they charged extra for and the basket of fries was more like a medium fry dumped into a basket, it was clearly less than a basket. Terrible
