I ordered online for pickup, gave it about 15 mins to go get it. Walked in and waiting another 15 mins for them to even acknowledge me. I had to ask 3 times for my order. There were several employees and i'm assuming the manager, in the back. I finally got the attention of someone and they didn't even have it ready. He basically tossed the bag across the counter didn't ask if i needed anything else. I would suggest if you have multiple employees to have one of them at the counter or at least checking on the lobby.

Slowest god damn McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. 2 sandwiches took them 45 minutes to get. Seemed very understaffed

Terrible wait times at all hours especially the evening, we're talking like 20-30 mins, wrap around lines, etc. Food is slightly sub par for McDonald's standard.

Response: no, I will not go to your feedback link. You don't get to assign me additional work to help you fix your location. I've done plenty by providing a review.

They suck. They shorted my order and refused a refund. Check your order before leaving and prepare to sit there and wait. Expensive and the food isn’t as good as before. RIP McDonalds I won’t be back.

It does not matter what time of day you go to this McDonald's it always sucks! It's literally something every time whether the food is cold or jacked up or just forgotten in general!!! The employees just don't give a shit and it shows!!! Not only in their customer service but in their product output!!! Spending at least 30$ every visit just to then realize the order is wrong or half of it missing!!! An you mention it to the employees an they look at you like it's your fault!!!! When you call no answer just no regard at all!!!

Went before work. While ordering I forgot to ask for honey mustard and didn’t realize til after I paid.

When receiving my food I said “I am so sorry, I forgot to order honey mustard. Would I be able to get one?” And the woman looked at me coolly and with attitude said “you’d have to pay for that.” And without offering to take payment, as if to say I was too late and to get back in line, she just stared at me, and handed me my bag as if I was supposed to leave now, so I did.

I certainly didn’t expect it for free but it would have been nice to have been given a real remedy for the situation instead of what felt like “too bad so sad”.

I didn’t have the time before work to get back in line and wouldn’t have anyway to avoid being spoken to again with such negative attitude.

My biggest issue was the tone in which it was said. And quite frankly I won’t be coming back to this location. They need to do some sort of customer service training. I work in customer service myself and I could never imagine myself speaking like that to someone I’m meant to be helping or serving.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to the drive thru at 6:40 pm.. at 7:30 went into McDonald’s as they made me pull up. Asked for the manager and she was rude stated “I already made that food and it went to the wrong person” and then just walked away

we went to this mcdonald’s because the other one on mcknight road has horrible service. the drive thru takes an hour to get through at both locations. we place an online order to get it faster (i thought this was supposed to be fast food anyways) they made us pull up to the 3rd window/entrance and that took 20 more minutes. we finally get food. but it’s not our order. not even close. and the lady who brought it was on her phone and didn’t wait for us to say anything causing us to have to go inside anyways.

It’s like everyone at McDonald’s no matter which one you go to it’s got no common sense and no brains. I use the app. I use the code for The $6.39 meal and they ring it in and tell me that it’s $10 and some cents and I tell them I gave you the code from the app so it would be a $6.39 meal and she’s like well it’s cause you haven’t ran the meal lady. I’m in the drive-through you rang it in and she wouldn’t fix it. She was trying to make me pay $10.

This location screws you regardless of how you order. If you're in person, they don't have someone at the counter. You have to hope that a employee sees you, and that they actually care enough to do something. Order online, and they'll tell you your order is ready when it's far from it. Most of my food today was cold because of this. They have an acronym, LAST, that stands for Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank. I've never had an employee of this location do any of these, and I doubt I ever will. Awful experience, eat at a fast food place with at least decent service instead.

As far as McDonald's locations go, this one is pretty great. Considering it's easily accessible location, the service is quick and efficient both inside and through the drive thru. The dining area is mostly always clean with the few stray areas here and there. Given how often this place is frequented it's pretty impressive. It's still a McDonald's at the end of the day but it's a pretty good one compared to the rest.
