This place is great. May not be perfect. And may not be fine dining, of course, but they provide wonderful service and warm fast food, especially late at night when most places are closed. I appreciate that more than a simple review can clearly convey. I also adore the app— so many enticing deals & promotions offered every visit. Love that.

When ordering off the kiosk we got a deal for food which was nice but when we went to put it in for dine in it was packed for to go and we where missing a sandwich, meanwhile an employee is totally seen at the register on her phone not paying attention or helping anyone , also the employees in the back are yelling at each other , I like this mcdonalds , it's slowly going downhill , also not sure but I belive i ordered a tea and not plant water (watered down tea) kindly unpleased about this experience

Third time I sit in a drive-through line and they passed me up once twice not to mention that I was sitting there for probably about five minutes before I heard them even talking to the car next to me. I give it a one star review and I hope that McDonald’s shuts down yeah customer service and every time I go there they get my food wrong. How hard is it to make a Burger

We ordered a combo today and they missed a sauce , we asked them to give us the sauce missing and they required us to wait them.

They care more about drive thru orders than the customers that order in the store. They will ignore your online order and make you wait 30 minutes when they aren’t even busy. Then it gets busy then they complain about having to make your online order.

I used to worked at this McDonald's in late 80s and 90s customer service is poor here. I asked them for a toasted cheese sandwich for my grandson because of lent and they refused to make It because they claim they don't make them. When I worked there we did, whatever the customer ask we provided even a toasted cheese sandwich for the kids. Corporate needs to retake this store. Service is awful. The bags are not double folded and napkins are thrown in bags. Presentation of orders are awful.

Went through the drive thru and only got 2 pies instead of 3. So I went back in to get the 3rd and as I stood there 4 people, FOUR, looked dead at me and turned & WALKED AWAY! I had to holler to get some help. I kindly asked them if we (2 others arrived in the 10 minutes I waited) could get some help. The customer behind me said they’ll just ignore you. They sure did too. I had to holler until the manager came. AWFUL and severely unacceptable. Next time I’ll just got back and help myself. I’d have better service that way!

I rate this store a one. Order in drive thru and there was three pieces of mouse poop in foil bag. Contact head quarters and store and Ashley manager said no way. And hung up phone. Then called head quarters.

At 6:36am I pull up to the drive thru to be greeted with what do you want that's the first thing. I order a large sweet tea with lite ice she trys to hand me a tea full of ice. I say It's suppose to be lite ice . She then shows her mood and tells me that is lite ice. I ask for less ice and she makes an announcement to the employees around about how I want less ice. The manager loudly says that's not my fault and mutters other negative words so I can hear thru the closed window. The worker shows how annoyed she is with he body language. And I asked why is that lady being so rude and the window closes with her body language showing she has no customer service. That's the second time here they have showed anger for asking for less ice. This place is a mess and needs some happiness and positivity. God bless

This place has messed up my order the past 5 times I do drive through. Like the order on the screen is right but when I pull away and look at my food it’s wrong every time.

So I've been running an experiment to see when I finally get table service at this mcdonald's. I'm at almost 100 orders and I can count on my hand how many times it's been delivered to the table but only once in the last 4 months. I was even hurt once and had to get my son to grab the food. There are some good staff but there are a few that shouldn't work in service at all and are rude on a regular basis. If you frequent you know who I'm talking about, loud and yells at customers.

We had a totally ala carte order and the team handled it correctly and quickly. The cashier was especially competent and very nice. I've had a much less satisfactory stop at this McDonalds before and avoided it for a while. Today's stop was great and I would eat here again due to the good service.
Vegetarian options: I ordered fish sandwiches which are not on the food list above.

The store was completely empty but still dirty. Urine all on the bathroom floor . Fries on the restaurant floor
