I came to the restaurant and found it closed, with a notice on the windows saying it was not working. However, the restaurant was still accepting online orders.
I placed an order through the app and paid for it. I have tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phone.
I don’t understand why online orders were enabled if the restaurant was not operating. Now I cannot reach anyone to request a refund. This situation is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Drive thru says it closes at 2am, I got off work at 1, and got here at 1:10am just to get a drink. All of the lights on in the restaurant and drive thru but no one will take my order or acknowledge I’m here even though they saw me pull into the drive thru. I left at 1:30am. Do better lol

I ordered through DoorDash. I didn’t get my whole order. I called up there and the girl told me to take it up with DoorDash. It’s definitely not DoorDash fault. They should have checked to make sure my whole order was there. Penn Hills McDonalds is lazy, rude and ran by teenagers.

Google says open till midnight on Thursdays updated 2 days ago. Mobile app says open till 11. Guy at the store says they stopped making food at 10 PM tonight, despite the fact that I was able to place a mobile order. Good think I could still cancel and get a refund I supppse.

This location does not keep its published hours. They are often closed “due to staffing” during hours they are to be open. The franchisee clearly can not mange their business as they can’t even keep the doors open. I’ll never go back and have reported them to corporate for not upholding brand standards.

I ordered a Big Mag from the Monopoly game, but they gave me a regular Big Mag. I think they take the box themselves to play with. I don't understand.
Ridiculous this is a kids restaurant i take my kids there every so often and never seen her before but having very little clothes on and a puff in her hand is crazy. I definitely wouldn't recommend especially in front of customers. Other McDonald's would have fired her immediately. We need to do better.
