People for the most part are great and personable and food is usually great..just the McChicken have been a little off lately something funky bout the Mayo but burgers are great 👍

They have certain people working the different speakers rather than a continuous basis so 5 cars in the one lane got their food before someone even took my order. Efficient system

I waited exactly 15 minutes for my mobile to be order to be completed. Store wasn't busy, and not one employee asked me if I needed assistance. multiple made eye contact, and they even served other customers behind me in line. I didn't make one complaint, and when I asked, the woman at the front quickly threw things together and threw my food onto the counter, no apologies, no offering to make it right, didnt even make eye contact with me, and then rushed off.
In the time I waited I could have walked back into the kitchen and done it myself. don't you have an ~3min service time? 15 minutes is absurd, and rude service workers are worse. I could understand if I was being difficult, but I didn't say a word to these people, and none thought to have the decency to try and help me?
I work in retail and I always make an effort to be nice and help people, it isn't difficult to do your simple job of being nice and helping the customer.

This location is excellent! The people are very nice and accurate with my orders. That level of thoughtfulnessanf accuracy is greatly appreciated. This location is an outstanding example of what a McDonald's should be. Definitely go there!

I go here sometimes if I need a quick breakfast in the morning. Usually it’s decently quick and fresh. The staff is never friendly or professional but as long as I get my food fast and it’s good I just ignore it. However, this morning particularly was awful. I order on the mobile app and go through the drive through, and today they decided to send all the mobile orders in the drive through to curbside where we all waited for over 20+ minutes for our food while we watched people in the drive through get their food immediately. You’d think after waiting that long we’d be getting hot fresh food or something right? No.. it was room temp.. like it had been sitting there waiting for someone to bring it out to us. And when they did, no sorry for the wait or anything. Just attitude and silence like always. Thanks for the reminder of why I never get McDonald’s anymore.

VERY low quality service, messed up our order several times, I watched as an employee came out of the restroom stall, fix her hair in the mirror and just walk out without even washing her hands and went right back to touching food. Rude workers. Just overall LOW quality
