VERY low quality service, messed up our order several times, I watched as an employee came out of the restroom stall, fix her hair in the mirror and just walk out without even washing her hands and went right back to touching food. Rude workers. Just overall LOW quality

We aren't from this area-- we live in the South Hills and our McDonald's is awful. I've come to expect terrible service at every McDonald's we go to. This location changed my mind.
First, the person who took my order at the speaker was pleasent, knew exactly what I was requesting (impossible at my location) and genuinely sounded happy to be there. Second, the person at the first window where you pay was also super personable-- this is our second experience with them and they are always super awesome! The food came out fast, was make perfect to my liking & was hot.
I work in a customer facing industry myself, and I know it's not always easy to put your best face on for the public -- but the employees here do more than just roll out a fake smile (which honestly I'd welcome at this point from my local McDonald's as they don't even try to fake kindness)-- they go the extra mile; make conversation, and make you feel WELCOME, not like a burden ruining their day.

So you’re telling me, at noon on a Monday that you don’t have any fresh chicken nuggets? If you take convenience out of the equation, McDonalds is just not worth it.

I live in fox, chapel and most of the time when my kids want McDonald's, I drive somewhere else, because every time I come here, the food is always cold, it seems like I've been sitting around for a while. Everyone always got their dirty phones in their hands.

I work at the Allison Park McDonald's, but if I ever moved closer to Aspinwall, I would gladly work here!! Thank you for such a great place to be, everyone!!!
