This McDonalds is dysfunctional. Constant lines in the drive thru. How is it possible to place a mobile order, wait in drive thru line for over 5 minutes (AFTER giving them my code!) and the order is still not ready at the window. Unbelievable. Avoid this place like the plague

overall it was terrible. they made my order wrong. the employees don’t even acknowledge you and push past you ignoring you while you’re at the counter to take orders outside. generally just not a great location.

Horrible. Went here at 8:30pm on 4/2/2025 for just a medium coke and a cheeseburger. Waited half an hour in the parking lot. The kid with glasses forgot my drink and only had the burger when he came out, said he’d come back with my drink, never came back. Had my child in the backseat and we both got impatient. I blared my car horn 5 times and the young girl at the pickup window just looked at me. When I went back in the drive thru to get my drink, that same young girl went to give me a whole different persons order then gave me an attitude when I said I was coming back for my missing drink. I took it from her and rolled my window up and left, didn’t have any words for her after all that mess. THEN when I was finally headed home at 9pm, I went to take a sip of my drink and IT WAS A ROOT BEER. I like root beer so I kept it anyway but still. Very bad, will not return anytime soon

This place will have you in drive thru for 15-20 min some days, their smoothie maxchine will be broken and have the worst customer service and then make you pay extra for a sweet and sour sauce.

I was so angry with this place,my wife ordered extra Mac sauce and then Proceeded to order all extra sauces for my kids nuggets,she did so at every window,when we got to the last window she sled the kid there for everything again,of course we got charged but there was no Mac sauce in hers and there was no sauces for the boys.then on top of that my bagel was so hard and disgusting,I’m not picky and I’m not one to complain,but this was the worst McDonald’s experience ever,when I asked them politely inside for the stuff we ordered basically three times, they were very short and had an attitude with me

I could tell the manager really cared and she was working hard and said sorry for my order taking a while, which is completely fine. I understand that they were busy. It’s very refreshing to go into fast food, joint and experience pleasant employees who aren’t letting the job get to them and be rude. Thank you very much.

Food and service wasn't bad. They whole place smelt like an outhouse. There was a strong pee smell by the entrance and close to the bathrooms and up by the counter. It was very off putting. You couldn't find a place to sit that didn't smell like urine. Had the kids with me and they wanted to sit and eat inside, but it was too much to sit comfortably.
