When my wife asks for napkins the server was rude then used the f word so she went in to speak to manager the server also used f word with manager this is disgusting not the first time I've had a problem with this store will never go

Went in prior to 10:30. Ordered at kiosk and got some breakfast. At 10:32 or so, an employee came over saying that they already "threw away all the breakfast food" and I had to "pick something else".They ended up just refunding. First time my memory a McDonald's wouldn't serve food ordered when it was still available since it was inconvenient to make I guess.The restaurant seemed clean and well maintained

Shout out to Linda working the drive thru on 2/15 at 0945! Her enthusiasm about taking our order was genuine and perhaps the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Not to mention, she should be the voice actress for Siri or Alexa. In the words of John Green, “I give Linda 5 Stars.”Also, the McMuffin was great too.

I normally don't write reviews but I had a great experience at this McDonald's. I had to get a fast meal for 4 and was looking to save some money. I asked a very friendly employee what was the best deal and they said I could get a Pens Dinner Pack, which normally costs $15.99, but if I use the app there is a 20% off deal which means I got 2 double cheese burgers, 2 McCrispys a basket of fries and 20 Chicken McNuggets for $12.79!!! This blew my mind! I can't believe I got a dinner for 4 for less than $13! AWESOME

Bunch of thugs working there. No one is wearing gloves from what I observed and these guys keeps touching their behind pulling up their pants… it’s called a belt.I loved the vulgar language behind the counter.One of the service guys up front was throwing food up high towards the back at someone.This is a business, not a playground.

I was doing work in the area and had to use the restroom in the morning and then again around 1pm. BOTH TIMES, the women's restroom smelled HORRENDOUS! I told a staff member in the morning about it when I ordered a coffee. When I came back in the afternoon, it still smelled horrible. I tried to tell a staff member the 2nd time but I couldn't get anyone's attention; they were busy. There were no trashcans in the restroom though, even though there's a baby changing table in the handicapped stall. And that's what it smelled like, was a rotten diaper.
You're better off driving 30-40 mins to a different McDonalds, you'll be waiting in the drive thru here for longer.Curb-side and counter pick up are just as bad, don't order from this McDonald's till they figure out what they got going on, I don't think anyone actually works here.

Got in late to Pittsburgh, was hungry, not much is open in Pittsburgh late at night, ordered and waited ten minutes for the order. Felt bad for the folks behind me.McDonald's is mc donalds, nothing special.
