Too much laughing and obnoxious remarks causes slow service.

Abismal wait times. The staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. I waited 30 minutes for them to take my order when there were only ~5 people in front of me. And it took just ask long to get my food. I finished my drink long before they gave me the rest of my order. They also do not have and mcChicken. :(

The worst service I experienced at McDonald’s. But I have no choice — to catch a flight you know. Food is as good as other places. Next time I would go to Starbucks.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and both times was the same staff. They are slow. I don’t mean slow as in, they are waiting to get through their shift to go home. I am talking “I’m about to miss my flight can you PLEASE speed it up?!”

I paid for my food then waited for about ten minutes. In those ten minutes I noticed workers touching food with bare hands and coughing into the air without covering or washing hands (no masks) around the food. There was also a ton of trash around in the floor. I was so disturbed by the unsanitary conditions and the rude staff that I left without waiting any longer for my food.

This McDonalds is so slow, it's ridiculous. Waiting 30+ mins for food when there's no line is absolutely pathetic. Everyone working here should be fired.

VERY RUDE AND SLOW STAFF! This is by far the worst mcdonalds that I have been to. Staff moved slower than molasses to get our order, took 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches, large fry, and a 6 pack of nuggets. The lady staff wearing the yellow bonnet, slammed my drinks down when I asked politely for them and was very rude when she served my food and walked away angrily and muttering loudly. Food was okay but fries were soggy and old tasting. I understand that McDonald's is not a michelin star restaurant but there is no need for the service to be that slow and rude to customers, if I could rate this place a 0 star I would. All the staff should be fired and replaced. Anyone stopping by this airport, go to chick fil a instead, better food and service.

Only 3 people working but they did great to try and keep up. The whole area in front was packed with people waiting for their food. Not sure if this is normal for them or if they were just shorthanded for the day. The elderly lady putting food in bags was complaining loudly enough for people to hear.

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I know mcdonalds is not a 5 star restaurant but I have never in my life walked away on the verge of tears from an interaction. All I wanted was the 2 pies I paid for and the correct drink sizes and I waited off to the side patiently for several minutes until I could be helped with correcting the order. I was never rude and very politely asked for help with my order. Instead of help, the woman at the counter slammed a new cup on the counter and filled it with ice and poured the existing drink into the new cup (was given a medium instead of large) then when I asked about the 2nd pie while showing my reciept simply said "I know the pie is in there" and walked away. Yes there was one pie, but I paid for 2 and she walked off angry before I could explain further and never came back. The app has no option to be refunded for missing items besides going to the restaurant and this woman CLEARLY doesn't want to help so I wont be getting that issue fixed. Do yourself a favor and stick out the wait for chic fil a, especially if you are an anxious person who doesn't take well to raised voices or similar :(

They gave us a wrong drink, wrong menu item, and forgot to put the sausage and cheese in a sandwich. And they were super slow.
