I had to laugh when I saw that this particular McDonald's had 1.3 Stars I would give less than that, this particular McDonald's is nothing but trouble and they overcharge people. when you use the coupon for a $1.50 off a medium caramel frappe they try to charge you over $3 how that's how much a medium caramel frappe is to begin with then they charge 75 cents for extra caramel which usually most McDonald's only charges 40 cents. The nicer areas where the McDonald's are in Pittsburgh don't even charge for extra Carmel! I just had to scream

the cashier tried to fight me because I asked for a straw. this establishment is ghetto. the cashier called her mother down there. once the mother came she threatened me with a gun. this is a dangerous place I would not recommend this store to anyone.

So as a backstory I love lettuce. It's my favorite part of any burger. They gave me the lettuce alright. My burgers were cooked perfectly, in a rush I may add, and there was not too much but not too little lettuce on each burger I ordered. Honestly this has been the best McDonald's experience I have had to date. Biting into these burgers brought me back to when I was a little kid.Thank you crew of 8/11/21. Y'all do good here.

On god this McDonald’s on wood street should of been permanently closed for good. The way management talks to its customers is horrible and all they do is pick fights and wanna argue with people and call the cops on people.2. They mop the floor with dirty mop water3. They dint thoroughly disinfect the tables or counter tops4. The back counter floor is never cleaned or swept5. All the employees are not in McDonald’s dress uniform like they should be and they dont have name tags6. The bathrooms stay dirty all the time

Normally I don’t have any issues here, but I went in yesterday, and I don’t know if the cashier was new or..who knows, but I told him what I wanted and everything was cool til I got to my drink. He looked at me like I had 5 heads, he clearly didn’t know where the button was and instead of asking for help just kept mumbling and trying to get me to order something else. I ended up having to be like ‘hey, I know you guys have it, could you maybe ask for some help?’ I could understand if I was asking for some crazy off the menu thing, but iced mochas are standard, right? The guy who came to help him was EXTREMELY nice and helpful (he’s always there, and always awesome!) and so was the manager on duty. I know that place has a lot of turnover, so I give major props to him, I’m sure his job is not fun at all but he’s still so nice and helpful every time I go in there.

Typical MacDonald. Pretty clean though.
Gets your food quick enough for a very busy McDonald's. Bathrooms are often dirty and unkempt- so if u must use them- make sure to b.y.o.t.p.
