The GM Lauren does nothing but Bully all her employees at this location talking about everyone behind there backs and not just employees she also does nothing but roll her eyes and talk about the customers too giving them regualar coffee for decaf (with her evil grin as she pours it, also tells her workers it's okay to do that just don't let the customers see it along with resetting the Food Safety Cabinet Buttons instead of wasting the food like supposed to be done, reason why there is so many cold food complaints and not fresh hot food being served to the paying customers) thinking it's funny to Bully ppl until they cry then laughs and brags to others about making them cry and customers have heard and seen this going on for months now also, so support a different McDonald's location where they value there Employees and Customers!!!!!!!

Unbelievable slow in the drive-thru

Waited 20 minutes after placing my mobile order for a rude worker to tell me I had to get the other person's phone and come back because I had a screenshot of the order (coworker placed it) instead of just preparing the order or telling me to go through the drive thru. Went through the drive through, another 10 minutes, and they forgot parts of the order. Not driving all the way back out there to wait 30 more minutes. Also, saw multiple people preparing food without gloves or hairnets

Person taking orders kept asking me stupid questions. Took forever to pay for order because she cannot multitask. Then lady in pink hoodie ignored my food sitting there for 10 mins to do a task as such food was no longer fresh. On top of that no straw was given.
Just pointing out that they blocked the menu with this 😆

If I could put zero stars I would. I got a mocha with no whip and it came out looking like it was pulled out of the dishwasher. The visual aspect looks like it was drank and then spit back up and served. The taste seemed as tho they put half the bottle of chocolate syrup inside it. Not only was the order incorrect, but when my pregnant wife went to use the restroom, she was greeted with what could only be described as a wall of smoke. The workers inside seemed to fill the bathroom with smoke making it very hard for my wife to breathe, as well as not being good for the baby. I would not recommend a visit.

The food is constantly wrong, for instance this time I wanted hot honey mustard with my strips, I got regular. When I told the manager that the self service kiosk was out of receipt paper, I was told, oh, its always like that, well how am I suppose to know what my order number is? Guess?
