Serving raw burgers I decided to read the reviews, Wow!!! What a shame this was a good place several years ago

This place is a joke. Ordered on the mobile app and they took my money. Confirmed the address. Google and the McDonald website says open to 11pm. This was placed at 8:30 pm. When we arrived at 8:50 there were 3 employees sitting in the parking lot on a curb smoking and vaping. They told me they were closed and didn’t offer and explanation. The door was propped open and they went back inside. It seems they just decided that they didn’t want to work anymore and decided to close on their own.

The franchisee should be embarrassed and loose their franchise if they is how they run their business and this is the quality of people they hire.

I went there compared to my local McDonald’s and got terrible service. I asked for honey mustard, but they gave me honey packets instead. On top of that, they forgot my fries and gave me food I didn’t order. Really disappointing experience.

It took over 30 min thru the drive thru with no explanation or apology why they were so slow.
I understand things happen, and it could have been a bad or busy day. That was the 1st (and unfortunately last) time we will go there. We had to backtrack to get to that place compared to going home, so the McDonald's app had us go there. Now I know not to order when I'm at Ross Park Mall, because it might make me go to that one by mistake...

You know you're in a horribly run McDonald's when there are no straws, napkins, or ketchup left out. At one point last week, the store ran out of ketchup packets. The Spanish manager insists on keeping the Spanish speaking girls at the drive thru and they are impossible to understand, and they get my order wrong constantly. I've decided to stay away from this McDonald's even though I work very close to it. Worst service I've ever gotten.

They were understaffed. There were only about 2 or 3 workers working. They were roughly 10 minutes late with my order, but they did fine with the service once I got my food

Good app experience. Food was cooked and packaged nicely with all the condiments I ordered. They did forget napkins and none were at the counter.

The dining room had clean tables but the floor was greasy near the soda machine

The people who work here are truly some of the nicest food service people I’ve ever interacted with! I come here on my breaks often and they’re so so nice and pretty efficient most of the times! Especially huge shoutout to the lady who is always on drive through orders- will come back to this when i figure out her name- but she’s so kind!!!

I placed an online order for a steak egg and cheese bagel and a hash brown. I placed this order before 11 o’clock, and the app allowed me to do so. I arrived three minutes after 11 o’clock and was told “we don’t have that. You have to cancel the order in the app. We don’t have the bagel, we don’t have the steak, we don’t have the egg, we don’t have the hash brown.” I understand that the employee has nothing to do with what the app allows, however the employee was extremely rude and did not apologize once to me. I worked at McDonald’s for seven years all through high school and college, so I understand the concept of breakfast ending right at 11. I just don’t appreciate how rude the staff was to me and did not offer an apology once. They spoke to me as if I did not understand how McDonald works. Will not be returning, thankfully there’s another one right up the road.
