4 stars for food cause hey its fast food.3 stars for service and atmosphere I would be willing to give 5 across the board but they have a woman there who disrespects everyone in the evenings. She kinda reminds me of that evil principle from recess if she had a baby with the evil lady who throws that little girl in the movie Matilda. She needs a class in customer service to a severity. And trust me. She has to be the rudest woman I've come across in customer service..

Couldn't even place my order. This location could not handle the dinner rush. There were employees everywhere and they were still unsuccessful with execution. I saw so many customers in the dining area waiting for food. They were infusing orders and skipping those who had ordered ahead of other customers. I just walked out knowing that I would be there forever if I placed an order at the kiosk.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Terrible service from employees, food is never fresh (even if you ask). Waited over an hour in the drive thru for breakfast, got up to order my food after waiting for an hour to be told there would be a 15 minute wait. This McDonald’s is a joke!

In the drive-thru I got told to pull ahead, the car ahead of me was taking their sweet time after receiving their order and so I was told to pull into a online order spot where I was forgotten for 10 minutes until somebody came and asked to see my receipt so they could make my food.I waited another 20 minutes in the spot, watching at least 10 cars receive their orders and leave. until I lost my temper got out of the car and yelled "what the hell is going on?! That's when they sent another worker out to check my receipt again so they could make my food. Almost another 10 minutes later I got my " food" .It wasn't even for me and I had places to be. This shouldn't even be counted as food in America. Anti-regulationism has allowed them to serve the American public absolute trash as nutrition.

People don't serve customers after midnight, I have 25 minutes waiting and the most incredible thing is that I only have two cars in front of me. How come it's supposedly fast food!! They don't serve customers. I should have left this line 20 minutes ago and yet I'm still on it. If you don't want to work at dawn, just don't do it, but don't play with people's time... these people seem to do it on purpose. How is it possible that they last so long to provide a service.

Went thru drive thru & just got the 2 double cheeseburger & basket special. It was only 8$ & it was so the normal average McDonald's food . Some McDonald's places are charging 9$ for this special so I was satisfied. Im Not to the biggest McDonald's fan but otherwise it seemed on par with any other McDonald's but I saved a buck!

The issue with McDonalds locations in Pittsburgh is that they are owned by incompetent franchisees that either put their employees in danger (looking at you, Rice Enterprises), or cut as many corners as physically possible. This location is severely understaffed and operates very poorly as a 24 hour location. The older woman working the drive through is almost comically rude; it'd be funnier if it wasn't my money on the line.
