absolutely the worst service i’ve ever had in “fast food” stood there for 40 min surrounded by people who also had been standing there for even longer and they stopped calling numbers, took a 20 min break focusing on doordash orders and not a single mobile or in person. when asked for a refund i was told to come back tomorrow because they close soon. they close at 1?!?!

I spent 2 hours waiting for food, and when I asked for help they refused to make me my food. For anyone looking at this, they don't give refunds but you can dispute the charge with your bank.

Months of renovations and still couldn’t figure out a better way to manage the delivery orders 🤦‍♂️ why you finish the delivery orders and you leave them on the shelves inside, also no one at the front to check on us, that doesn’t make any sense.

Worst staff ever I've never been so disrespected before by an employee. I will be driving to pleasant hills McDonald's or Mt Oliver's from now on. Refuse to go to Brentwood McDonald's that allows thier employees to talk to customers like they are sub humans

My bf and I walked in and tried to begin ordering on the kiosk. I entered the 4 digit number from my app to receive my points. we asked an employee he said he didn’t know about it. So I just said screw it and was ordering it on my phone . After a few minutes an older heavier set man came up behind us. And said that we had been there for a half hour already, which wasn’t true. Asked what we were ordering and I said “this stuff” and showed him my phone which he then raised his voice and asked again “what are you trying to order “ I began reading it to him when he interrupted me and said about how my bf who has an issue with his lower back and legs was stumbling around. Which all he did was move from one side of me to the other. I said that his attitude was uncalled for. And he said he was about to kick us out anyway. So I then folded my money back up and stuck it in my pocket and left. That’ll be the last time I try to eat at that McDonald’s. As we were walking out we heard some of the workers yell some very slanderous
