This is the second time I have ordered from this McDonald’s, and the wait time is unbelievable. The first time, I had two different drivers assigned and waited over an hour, only for my order to be canceled in the end.
I thought maybe it was just bad luck, so I tried again. But the second time was almost the same: it took over 30 minutes to prepare two basic items, and again, the first driver left, so they had to assign another one.
It’s not the dasher’s fault. The issue seems to be with the restaurant — slow service and poor organization. Honestly, I won’t be ordering from this location again. It was very disappointing.

Normally if you order delivery or takeout from a fast food restaurant, you’d expect the service screwing up the toppings or serving cold fries. But i ordered delivery and i was very impressed with the service. The toppings on my Burger was just what i wanted and it was hot enough and tasted right. Same with the fries how when i consistently touched them. They were hot and tasted salty and fresh as always. I never been inside of the two story McDonald’s but i would like to check it out sometime

Placed an offer for sausage egg cheese biscuit at 10:23am. They waited until 10:36am to cancel it saying they were no longer serving breakfast. Very uncool if they say on the app breakfast is available until 10:30a. If I order before the time you shouldn’t just wait until it suits you to cancel.

The food is terrible, the service is slow and rude, the place is dirty and unkempt. And for their most recent trick, all the food is over $10 now!!
I have no idea who still goes to McDonald’s, I guess if you do you already know about all this stuff so come on in and ignore everything I said.
