If you’ve never been you should never go
I ordered mcdonalds through uber eats as i do not have a car this isnt the first time McDonalds has messed up my order through uber eats but its to the point where uber eats wont even refund me for incorrect or missing items and if they do they take back my refund to tip the driver anyways tonight i was starving after being out all day what better thing to order than mcdonalds right shouldve known better i ordered 2 10 piece nuggets a basket of fries and TWO PLAIN mcdoubles a frappe and a sweat tea everything was great untill i opened those burgers and saw not only ketchup but pickles and onions spattered everywhere in the container making it inedible for us so ofc my dumb little self made another order placed it and called them 15 times AND NO ANSWER NONNEEE i was trying to call them to see of they can add the correct burgers this time and no response wrong food and bad service and i genuinely feel bad because i used to work at a mcdonalds but genuinely worst mcdonalds ive ever gotten food from everytime its something wrong or missing from them

Absolutely rude and terrible staff. This McDonalds should be ashamed of themselves. Dining room was closed before 8 and I was forced to get in a huge line to pick up 2 dash orders, they were extremely combative and awful. My order was not correct for one order and I’m pretty sure the other was not correct either as they forced me out of line. The entire team in there was rude.

I went there to pick up an order and she asked me to go back and talk to her from the speaker, I told her I don’t want the order and I will cancel it She don’t care and I cancel it , it was the time at 12:30am 12/01/2025. I don’t believe they care McDonald’s worker they don’t care about their customer anymore.

Ordered my son a happy meal with a chocolate milk. We came home I poked a hole in the lid to put a straw in it for him. He drank the whole thing and after he drank it I noticed there was a FLY IN HIS CHOCOLATE MILK! Its absolutely disgusting!
Post breakfast rush only two people in line it still took over 10 minutes to get my order. Staff didn't care about the people standing at the counter. It bad enough there order terminal is bad what ever happen to people talking to people. Not even a thank you for the order.

Who I'm assuming to be the district manager or a higher up made me feel incredibly uncomfortable at this location. I was picking up an Uber order and my own food as a mobile order and she came up behind me unannounced and touched my lower back to ask me if anything was wrong with the order..... I have complex post traumatic stress disorder and that is a really good way to trigger it with strangers touching me and without knowing they are there as well. Although the organic restaurant staff was absolutely lovely and I did not have any issues with them in the least--I will no longer be ordering from this location due to this behavior from the district? (She was some form of upper) manager.

FOOD OR FOOT :
Imagine enjoying your food from this location , laying in bed , scrolling on TIKTOK , when an employee from this location post a video in front of the store . While in uniform ! , in front of the store with the address showing this employee takes off his shoe , and then his sock ( this toes are painted pink and crusty as hell ) and proceeds to step on a lantern fly ! And then you check out his page and he’s all over Pittsburgh and in front of this store his JOB multiple times . Taking his shoes AND socks off and stepping on bugs with neon colored toes ! One of the most disturbing things I have seen in a while ! If this employee is outside in front of the store in uniform barefoot , stepping on bugs lord knows what he’s doing to our food . I will never eat at this location again ! This man has no business in anyone’s location , lord forbid he put them feet somewhere else . We deserve clean , normal people in the kitchen . Not some nasty guy with a foot fetish .

Don't pay any attention to the posted hours. The last 4 times I've stopped by, they closed dine-in at 7:30 instead of 9:00.

This has to be the worst mc Donald’s I have ever been to fries are never fresh burger cold and dry soda drink no carbonation I live by this mc Donald and it’s convenient every time i think well maybe they we’re having a bad day but every day is bad will not be back

I just ordered delivery and they allowed my order to sit there for 57 minutes and did not remake it. Every single item that I got was as cold as the drink inside of the bag. you really cannot order past 1 PM. Everyone that comes in after that does not care about how you get your food whether that is through the drive-through or through delivery.
