I went back in December and they had a guard at the front doors saying no one under 21 could eat inside (during a rain and snow storm) and when a 19 yr old girl with a baby walked in they told her that her and her baby had to go eat out in the storm. The guard was extremely rude too. Idk if that rule is still in place now though bc I haven’t gone back since.

This place has actually gotten significantly better in the last year or two, but that was a low bar to set. They have a long way to go before achieving acceptable quality. Any problems you might think of when considering fast food, you will absolutely encounter here. It’s rare but possible to get exactly what you paid for at an acceptable quality and temperature. I’m giving two stars because I still have some hope things will continue to improve. If you really want a burger and shake though, often the ridiculous wait time and low quality here can justify making the trip to Carrick Burger King, which is a solid four star joint.

This was the second time I received hot fresh fries. This was also the second time I completed the box. I usually throw away the fries after eating about 10 of them. Stopped at McDonald’s last night after work and ordered 2 quarter pounder’s with cheese PLAIN and an order of there new chicken strips. The quarter pounder’s were r raw and the chicken strips were terrible. The whole experience was McNasty. The food was McNasty

I’ve had a few less than great experiences here before and I try to avoid. A few weeks ago I went against that experience and stopped for a shamrock shake for a long drive. Placed my order then waited a full 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to hand me a shake, telling my the mixer is broken and I’d have to mix it myself. It would have been different if it was a drink, but there’s no way to mix that syrup into the ice cream. Asked for a refund that I never received (mobile ordered) and gave them a chance to respond but they never did
