waited 40 mins in line got to the speaker 10 mins before closed asked several times if they were still taking orders no answer no communication. i was just wondering if i should stop wasting my time or go to the window. took another 20 mins to get to window the bigger man w glasses didn't apologize when i asked why he just didnt say yes or no if they were still taking orders just thought it was rude i wasnt mad about the food just felt like this could have been avoided if he said yes or no

I don’t know what happened to this location because they used to be great 99% of the time. The last two times I’ve visited I’ve waited 30+ minutes in the drive through and when I got my food it was wrong and cold. Also please don’t tell me short staffed as i literally came to the second window & there was 5 people standing there talking both times. I’m not normally one to complain but come on.

I did, obviously immediately reach out to DoorDash. However, that in no way negates the store's inability to simply check an oder before sealing the bag. I did, in fact, receive the sealed bag with no reminats of what would have been my fries/order. The issue was and still is, besides being negligent and careless, that I then had nothing to eat. So thanks!!
I ordered 2 Happy Meals for my child and 2 Ranch Snack Wraps and a Medium fry for myself, via the McDonald's app and delivery through DoorDash. Upon receiving my order, I opened the bag to find the only things in the bag were the Happy Meals. They completely neglected to include half of the order! Totally unacceptable that this location clearly doesn't care enough to even confirm orders are complete. If this location is your option for a delivery service, DO NOT waste your time ordering!

My order was received and delivered cold and my drink warm...with no ice? Idk how hard it is to work at Mc Donalds but seems easy to put ice in a drink atleast. Manager please check your employees services. Its on you.

I recently went through the drive-through at this McDonald’s and had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. When I reached the cashier, she was actively on a FaceTime call while taking my debit card, which immediately struck me as unprofessional.
At the food window, I politely asked to speak with a manager and simply mentioned that the cashier was on FaceTime during the transaction. Shortly after, the cashier and another employee approached and openly identified me as “the one that complained.” The cashier then stared at me in an intimidating manner. When I asked what she was doing, she raised her voice and said, “I’m not doing this tonight.”
Another worker then aggressively came to the window and yelled at me, “You got your food, right? Then leave.” I was stunned and sat for a moment, only for him to repeat himself even louder before slamming the drive-through window shut in a very hostile way.
This entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. Customers should never be treated this way for calmly bringing up a concern. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of these employees.

First visit yesterday lunchtime. There’s a young lady who brought my order out to the car. She spoke fast with such enthusiasm I’m not sure I heard her correctly but I think she said her name was Alesha. If I’m wrong, I’m sure you will know who I speak of. She was a sweetheart with such a smile , customer interaction with her was awesome. It’s so hard to find good people and this gal has a zest for life, pride in her work and pretty darn good people skills. In 20 seconds we had a great convo and think she should be recognized. If I got her name wrong, I’ll be better prepared to listen next time in town. Lady at the window was awesome as well!

ordered chicken sandwich combo. said no pickle got only pickle . horrible
Gave my kids expired apple juice. The last day of use was July 7th. It’s currently August 12th. And gave one a random toy instead of the Sanrio one.
