This location is poor. They don't greet you at all. Whether you have a mobile order or whether you are trying to pay or make an order. No hello, nobody greets you, everyone looks miserable. Came in here today wed 17 before 5. Not sure if it's the shift crew or what. 👎 No thank you, hellos, nothing. Not even bye 😂 they looks so pissed if you even ask them something especially the one lady that was calling the orders out. Wow scared to come here!

I place a mobile order to be picked up in via drive through. I made my way, shared my code, and then pulled up to the window. At the first window, I got my receipt. The worker at the second window gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up to a pickup spot while they finished my order. Ten minutes went by. Then twenty. Then twenty five. And I finally walked in. It took another 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to let them know what was going on. To their credit, the people I spoke with were shocked and got my order expedited. Still, it took another 10 minutes to get part of my order. Then I had to get their attention again to tell them I was still missing the other part of my order. Overall, just a really really rough experience.

Not one to write a review, but I just Gotta tell this lol. After sitting in line 30 min at 11pm not only was my food cold, but some math genius decided to put 5 nuggets in my 6 piece lol. You cant make this up. smdh

Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow and rude, rude, rude, rude, rude staff. Always feels like I’m bothering everyone that works there. Garbage food and garbage staff. 2.5-3 minute window time at drive thru. 20-25 car capacity. 1-1.5 hour normal wait time in drive thru. There is never a time when they’re not busy. Overlapping incompetence with work staff, management, and regional directors. Only game in town too so who cares if you don’t get what you want when you want it.
The worst branch ever, they missed up my order twice, I order 2 separate orders on the drive-thru, I paid for them and when I got home there was only one of the 2 orders in 2 bags so I returned to get the second order and they just handled it to me cold they didn't even try to switch the fries with a fresh one and after I left them for the second time I figured there was a chicken sandwich missing from the first bag. The didn't even try to make it up for me. In addition, they never answered their phone!!!! Too bad I can't give less than 1 star.
