I stopped here about 10 minutes ago. The girl where you pay was super sweet. I forgot to ask for buffalo and ranch so I asked at the second window for it. The girl who handed me the food was so rude. She immediately got smart with me and said “I’ll get it this time but you guys need to start paying for it.” When she walked away to grab it she left the window open and said loudly “we don’t even have buffalo sauce” with an attitude. I just got home to eat and they forgot my fries with my number 7 meal. If you can’t be nice to customers don’t work the window plain and simple.

I would put negative 10 starts if I could… first they can’t give me any frappes because the machine is getting cleaned - which ok, that’s great atleast they clean it… When I get to the pick-up window they don’t have sprite, then the fries are cold and soggy that I receive, I get told they will provide fresh fries but I never receive them, so I leave the parking lot only to realize I also didn’t get the ranch or buffalo I asked for and the bacon and cheese quarter pounder I ordered has a thin patty and the cheese isn’t even half way melted….. fast food is bad for you anyways & I never liked McDonald’s but that bacon and cheese quarter pounder definitely hits….. so I called and then I get hung up on because the woman who answered felt that she must of felt privileged, meanwhile my poor employees that were starving didn’t even get the drinks they requested and instead got fountain drinks and cold soggy fries & McDonalds on w. Liberty avenue couldn’t even try to make it right. Save your time and keep your peace by not going here to clog your arteries.

Occasionally, I take advantage of the breakfast sandwhich discount on the mobile app ordering a sausage egg bagel but without the product they call butter.
Almost every time they put it on anyways. Not wanting to ad to under payed people’s misery I just eat it instead of complaining.
Please encourage your employees to read a little more. This location has been much better in recent years than in the past all considered.

Worst McDonald's I've been to I seen about 6-8 employees just sit at the drive thu window and with a line of customers and when asked if somone can take our orders they held up a finger and told us to wait

Absolutely the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not sure if they butcher the cow and chickens when you place the order? But been 2nd in line at there split drive through for 15 mins now.. why have two drive through windows when you can’t operate them both at the same time? I could have drove to gibsonia McDonald’s which is extremely fast and then came back here in the amount of time. So if you’re in a hurry just avoid this place at all cost…

Only restaurant I’ve ever ordered food at and was given NOTHING. $25 pickup order and I waited an hour for it. Of course there’s no way to get a refund. This place awful.

Don't know how this place is still open. Constant mistakes in orders , forgetting food , burgers that look like a 5 year old put together. Can't even get doordash orders correctly.
If you use drive thru here , definitely check your bags before you pull away
Employees are rude and consistently get orders wrong. They gave me the wrong order and when I went in to get it corrected, they basically blamed me for it being wrong and were extremely rude.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's in all of Western Pennsylvania.
Every time I order here it's a 50/50 chance everything is correct. It's always the little things too. Like they don't give you a straw and you don't notice until you get home, or they don't give you the extra sauce you paid for.
And heaven forbid you actually go inside to order. You'll be standing there for 10 minutes before someone actually bothers to take your order. Half the time they don't even give you a receipt either. There are no kiosks here so that isn't even an option.
One time I ordered a simple meal inside and waited 15 minutes before asking where it was. They tell me they don't have the order. And I'm like okay then either give me the food or give me a refund??? The manager walks over and doesn't even apologize. Just asks what I ordered and then refunded my card. I have NEVER bothered to ask for a refund at a fast food place before then.
I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it's just inexcusable at this point. I worked fast food for several years so I know the struggle, but I also know there is basically no excuse for why this place is ran so poorly.

Vegetarian options: no salads and very limited meatless options, just fries and desserts etc
Kid-friendliness: kids meals but the $5 meal is a way better deal
