Incredibly rude staff. Tyra gave us the wrong order, when we asked to correct it, she made up weird excuses, demanded the bag back then slammed the door and walked away without telling us anything. Refused to give us food and did not refund us, telling us to take it up with the app, when the app says to contact the store for missing items. Fisher, the manager on duty was also no help whatsoever.

I placed a food order here on July 26, 2025, at 2:18 PM. Although I requested it to be served at the table, it was delivered in a takeaway bag after about half an hour and only after I insisted several times. I ordered a double burger, but was given a bacon burger instead. I waited another 5 minutes to get the correct one. I understand that you’re busy, but this is unacceptable. You should take your job seriously. If you can’t handle fast food service properly, maybe consider running a regular restaurant instead.

My one tenth of a burger patty was non existent and burnt. And that’s what is says online. 1/10 of a burger patty for the cheaper burgers(hamburgers, cheeseburgers, McDoubles etc) I was like, is this a slider? I still bought it so shame on me. Not even worth $1

Extremely disappointed and honestly shocked. While eating, a group of Black girls started loudly making racist comments toward us for no reason. It was clearly targeted and aggressive. no staff said anything, and no one even apologized to us. We felt completely disrespected and unsafe. This kind of behavior should never be ignored in any public space. I’m never coming back.

Their drive up sign has a height limit of 9 feet. In reality the solid metal bar is only 8 1/2 feet! It’s clear to me they’ve known this for a while judging from all the scratches on the metal bar. When you have a tall vehicle, you learn not to trust those signs so I approached very carefully and cleared the initial “swinging bar” , but as I approached the solid metal bar, it scratched the top of my van and possibly cracked my skylight. Maybe a lawsuit might get them to change their sign?

I got to try McCrispy Strips & the New creamy chili dip! The strips were very tasty in their own way. I really loved the peppery breading but the Creamy Chili sauce was DELICIOUS. The lemonade was refreshing too. 🥤🍋
