We went on mother's Day. There was zero wait time to be seated. We got the giant pretzel for appetizer. It was so big that it was served on a pizza platter. My wife got a club sandwich with onion rings and I got the giant reuben with fries. I cut the reuben into three regular sized sandwiches. Everything was delicious. The pretzel was $20 but absolutely worth it. The giant reuben (they have a regular size one too) was $25 and also worth it since it made 3 meals.
We had lunch and a couple beers before seeing ACDC. Great atmosphere. Friendly fast service. Decent menu choices. I will be back when I come back to Pittsburgh again.
Did not rate the food since we only enjoyed beverages pre-concert. Enjoyed the atmosphere and our barkeep was top-notch.
Food was disgusting, mostly all tables left food to be thrown out
Danelle is a great cook the food was so good. Bouncers are mean but other than that this place is great
Bar/restaurant looked really nice so we took our family in before the game. When my son went into the bathroom there was a panhandler selling items in their who harassed him. When he was addressed about harassing my son, the manager and workers did nothing to address the man harassing him, but instead asked us to leave. Poor business management, and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Went in there before the baseball game across the street and as my brother, father and I went to the bathroom and we saw a man selling all sorts of items, from candy bars to cigarettes and chew. As we go to leave the bathroom my brother did not wash his hands because he was in a rush to get out, he did not feel comfortable around the man that was selling the items. The man proceeded to chase my brother out of the bathroom and harassed him about washing his hands. My father stepped in to protect my younger brother. He then went on to harass my father. As my father turned away he called him a coward and then started to go after him. I stepped in at this point and exchanged words with him and then I was pulled away. The manager and “assistant manager” then asked us to leave and then went on to do nothing about the situation and stood there like they were completely clueless about who they are, where they are working and what their job actually is. Worst place I have ever been in to and the worst workers that I have ever been served by. The worst part is this man that sells items such as cigarettes, cigars, chew and plenty of other foods and candy’s while also blocking the sinks to even clean your hands. Do not suggest going here and will never go to this “DUMP” again.
Solid experience and a good time.
Super fun spot! Bartenders are friendly. The bathroom lady/attendant is super kind and also friendly!
Fundraiser was wonderful 😊

$10 cover for 4 $30 warm lemon drop shots lol what a joke
$10 charge for using a credit card that bartenders do not prior disclose to customers! Moreover, they do not ask customers if they want an open or closed tab & further charge them later. They won't provide you a receipt for your card transactions either. Very poor form! I am very disappointed in McFadden's, I typically enjoy this bar but these tactics are deceitful and dishonest. Will not be purchasing from their bar again.
Charge you for water— “there’s a fountain in the back”. Ridiculous;I can’t get a water cup. Besides that, it’s fine— overpriced but good atmosphere
One of my favorite places. Appetizers are phenomenal. The pretzel is amazing and homemade. Best spot to visit for steeler games!
everytime I've been here it's been a good time.
