Bartenders are rude. Their tab system is messed up, not like any bar I have ever seen. Many of my friends have random charges from this place. Do not go here.

If I could give zero I would. Been trying to talk to a manger for several days. Keep being told that no manager is in the building. How do you operate a business without some person in charge. This is the poorest business I’ve ever dealt with. I’m looking to get my cell phone from the office that no employee has access to. The employee are extremely rude to.

The food rationing was ABSURD. Look below for a picture of my sandwich. The fact that they put this in front of me and expected me to be happy with it is belittling and actually the wildest thing I’ve ever seen. We also waited about 45 minutes for a table that had been open the entire time but then told us we had an hour and a half to eat bc it was reserved for later. Are we fr??? I will say the food tastes great. Don’t get me wrong, they have the potential to be a 5-star review.y experience was absolute garbage and if it’s like that all the time, I would never go there again.

We recently placed a large catering to go order with McFadden’s, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The ordering process was incredibly easy, and the team was thoughtful and thorough in every detail. They even included plates, napkins, tongs, and everything we could possibly need.
The food was fantastic and a huge hit at our event, especially the house smoked turkey sandwiches. Everyone raved about them! The value was outstanding for the quality and care that went into every part of the order.
A huge thank you to Madelyn, Randy, and the crew who loaded the car so efficiently and kindly. McFadden’s made what could have been a stressful process absolutely seamless. Highly recommend!

the music was so loud that you can't hear for 20 minutes after you leave the place

Definitely homophobic or they just don’t like guys who want to dance. I was dancing with some girls that invited me up on the stage and one of the guys working told me to get off probably because they only want girls dancing up there for some reason… and then I got off and the girls told me to ignore him and to just dance with them anyways so I was like okay! Then he came back and told me to get down again and was really hostile, he was like “and now you’re done.” And he escorted me out aggressively for absolutely no reason, he wouldn’t hear me out and just snatched my drink THAT I PAID FOR and didn’t let me finish it before leaving… Never going back there. It wasn’t even that fun for them to be acting like that… All my friends left immediately because of how weird that was
Easy to be seated and we had a nice time. The tables are sticky for some reason. Server was very attentive. The burger was really good but the side salad was really generic. My gin and tonic was overpriced but my wife's special drink was terrific. All in all, a good experience.

I will never be returning. I understand there are rules in place for when you get busted, needing to scan ID, but maybe don’t do anything illegal to get busted for and you will never have that issue. There was absolutely no reason a 50 y/o father of the 21st birthday girl was not allowed in when with a large group of younger girls. Not only that but another person in our party also stepped out of line for not having his id but somehow snuck in and that’s perfectly fine🤦🏻♀️ When we had rented out 3 booths for the night and they decided to give us all issues at midnight trying to go in. Not only that, the bouncers were handing all of our ids to one person. 12+ ids handed back to a single person. The first time I was in line was around 11:45, they were handed back to someone in my party who didn’t know me very well. I said I’d take my id back and go elsewhere as they weren’t going to let some of our party in. Little dumb bouncer claimed I snatched it out of her hand. I had taken it out of the hands of someone in my party. Not the bouncer. I go back up in line at midnight with the birthday girl and they single out another person in my group. All of us clearly over 21. We’re all finally let in. It’s a male bouncer this time. He stops me walking in the door and says “there’s a girl in there you do not want to get drinks off of” okay way to make me feel real safe. I head to the bathroom with the other girl they singled out. Tell me why the bouncer took it upon herself to hunt me down and personally escort me out the door? Saying I snatched stuff out of her hands. Idk just poor service all around and you will be reported

Holy moly, I just had the best pretzel I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. OK the menu says giant pretzel. I gotta tell you it’s not a giant pretzel. It’s an incredibly giant huge enormous freaking pretzel. And it’s not just big it’s freaking delicious, the best darn pretzel I’ve ever eaten. if you come here and you should order the pretzel, but make sure you’ve got at least one other person or maybe even truthfully two or three other people to help you because this pretzel will fill two people up completely. Our friends got the Irish sampler and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Staff is super friendly. The service is great and the bar selection is second and none. Seriously the picture doesn’t do it justice, but the pretzel is enormous definitely too big for one and almost too big for two. The honey, mustard that comes with it is fantastic. We unfortunately could not try the queso because it had garlic. It does come with garlic butter on it, but they were kind enough to do it without that and I gotta tell you it was delicious. Amazing service from Madelyn !! Super friendly and efficient ! Come here and get a pretzel.
