It was a game day so it was super busy, but got us seated quickly. Really enjoyed the Kansas City fries!

We 7 of us only had drinks there. We didn't have food because we were going to a ballgame and thought we would get something there. Huge disappointment. Food sucked at the game. Should have eaten at McFaddens. Outside tables could have been cleaned.

Never coming back to this place. Security guys kept harassing us the whole time. At some point literally 5 guards approached me and my friends asking us for IDs when we had already showed it when we came in (we are all in our 30s) in a very rude way.

The security people were harassing us the whole evening. We were almost not drinking alcohol and they came and ask IDs to the team for no reason!
I won’t come back ever again!

Very bad experience with security.
July 19, 2025 went into your establishment before a game. Walked in and guy at door said sit at bar while he was on his phone and didn't look at us. No room at bar so I asked him if we could sit at a booth and we waited 10 minutes and got no service

I normally LOVE coming here when visiting Pittsburgh, I always talk this spot up because we always have a great time. Yesterday however, left our entire group questioning why I like this place. We came in around 1:00 prior to Yinzerpalooza at PNC, There were approximately 20 people sitting at the bar, and the rest of the building was an absolute ghost town. We patiently stood waiting at the bar for 15 minutes, all 3 employees behind the bar made direct eye contact with us multiple times and continuously walked away from us…no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” just glances and obvious ignorance even after trying to flag one down. Super disappointed.

Went as a large group for a party before a Pirates game, they were very unprepared despite knowing the group size in advance and never felt welcomed by the staff. One bartender at the beginning for a group of 75+. We were told the lone NA option was at the main bar; once there we waited several minutes, which I get because it’s busy, but the bartenders seemed to skip over us. Folks coming up after us were getting served and a lot of bartenders there seem to have friends that come through so they got all the attention despite coming up after us. When we asked the bar-back if he could help us grab someone (bartenders weren’t busy when we asked) he was more concerned that I bothered him. I know you’re a bar-back, I’m not asking you to pour my drink, I’m just asking you to help grab your coworker but dude put more effort into giving us crap for asking than it would have to just get someone to help. Not a spot I would return to.
