I've always enjoyed my experiences here. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently great.
However, I was disappointed during a recent visit to the Lawrenceville location. I had planned to take a meeting there, assuming they had WiFi, but unfortunately, they don’t offer it. I ended up missing the meeting, and it would’ve been helpful to know in advance, maybe with a sign or note online, before spending my money here and settling in with my breakfast and coffee. I also missed my meeting. Just something to keep in mind for anyone planning to work or take calls while visiting.

1 star!! Only eat here if you hate America and are not a Patriot. We were treated terribly when trying to celebrate our friend who became an American citizen today !! We spent hundreds on food and drinks and then were continually harassed by workers trying to get us to leave ! Why? Because we had a picture of our current sitting president amongst other patriotic decorations . We weren’t rude, loud . And when some 20 something came over shaking telling we had to remove it - we did. Quietly and quickly but after explaining our situation. I then personally witnessed said employee (not a manager, not an owner) go into the alley and have a “moment” she never returned to this room and we had people coming over every couple minutes to “clear our table” and rush us out of there. Rude. Inappropriate and VERY un-American. I’d love for the owners to reach out !!

Absolutely delicious. We went twice on a recent trip to Pittsburgh! Everything tasted so fresh and you can tell it’s made with love!

I can’t speak to their food (although it always looks impeccable - the pizzas make my mouth water every time i see them come out!

Manager and register peeps are ALWAYS extremely kind and welcoming. The Cereal Milk Latte’s are INCREDIBLE. My favorite coffee of all time - cinnamon toast crunch and golden grahams have been my favorites so far, but they rotate.

Also mentioned loving fruity pebbles and shortly after they had a bunch of fruity pebble pastries (which were lovely!) - idk if this was intentional or coincidence, but it made me feel seen and heard as a consumer! AND - to the guy who made the pretzel comment - eat your heart out, jerk.

Usually love Mediterra but went to this location to work for a couple hours while my car was being inspected and was told there is no Wi-Fi. Understanding this location is small, being told there is no ability to work from here when there are only 2 other patrons on a weekday morning is a bit ridiculous for a coffee shop, especially when paying $40+ for food and drinks. Unfortunately losing customers from lack of accommodating.

Do you know what my favorite thing about living in Lawrenceville is? It's that I can walk to Mediterra Cafe and order brunch: the oat flour waffle, a butter croissant, and a small latte (iced latte if it’s hot out!); and subsequently plop my lil’ behind down at a table and read a chapter from a book (right now, I am working through the Lord of The Rings trilogy, but I digress).

The food is superb. I like eating food that makes me feel good, and the food at Mediterra makes me feel good. I guarantee that anything that you order is going to be delicious. The portions are generous (I wear pants with room… lol…). Also, on Saturdays, they make pretzels and they’re huge and very tasty (my mom really likes the pretzels, too!). I am also not-so-secretly obsessed with the ham and cheese croissant (although, it’s popular, so you better come early to get one)… I could eat one of those every day! The chicken salad is also really tasty—better than the herbed egg salad (which is also really good), somehow…

The service is amazing—everyone is super kind and friendly! I love catching up with the lovely people there (I don’t know if I can name names, but you know who you are! ☺️). I think that it is one thing to have good food, but it’s another thing when the service matches the goodness of the food—that’s probably why the line can be so long that it’s almost out the door sometimes (usually in the Fall and Spring because more students are around and families aren’t vacationing!).

If you can stop by on a weekend this August, try the peach cheesecake croissant! It is incredible, and I might like it more than almond croissants (which are my favorite): it’s tangy and rich cheesecake with refreshing peaches all wrapped in a buttery and light croissant! That’s the croissant in the picture—also, please excuse Mickey’s tattered foot!

Mediterra has lots of innovative drinks and menu items, and they do them all so well! It can be tricky to get a table sometimes at peak weekend hours, but it's worth the wait. They also sell some of the nicest flowers I've ever seen!

Really nice cafe with beautiful pastries and good food!

The crookie is absolutely massive, and I love that the cookie isn’t just in the top but also in the croissant as well, though I think the drizzled chocolate is a bit much. Would definitely go with something a little less sweet next time! Unfortunately they didn’t have regular drip coffee when I went, but the Americano was solid, and their specialty drinks all looked good!

Definitely will be coming back to try their delicious food options and other pastries soon!

my iced matcha was bitter and grainy :/ food is always good here but WAYY overpriced. baristas always seem disinterested and disappointed when guests come in. normally doesn’t bother me but it’s the same attitude every time i come to this location.

The two women at the register were absolutely wonderful and so supportive when I brought up the interview I went to this morning. The atmosphere is calm, the coffee and matcha was AMAZING and props to the cooks who made my sammie, extremely delicious! I’ll be going here again for sure.

Chicken salad sandwich might be the best I’ve ever had. I had to pause eating it so I could write this review. It’s absolutely insane and everyone needs to try it asap 100/10
