I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately, it fell flat. I went by myself for lunch. I tried the turkey sandwich. It was extremely bland, neither the turkey nor cheese had any real flavor and they served it on white bread. No side nor the option to order some type of side. It was served with a few slices of sweet pickles. I would have preferred classic kosher spear at the least. The atmosphere is lovely the service was about average. Not overly friendly. Not sure I would go back for a meal.

Always fantastic. Really enjoyed the s’mores baked goods

The food here is gorgeous, fresh and is worth every penny. The employees are proud to be there and curate a great experience. I wish the acoustics were a bit better, but that is literally the only improvement I can think of. My favorite sandwich in the city is here! Will always support this business.

Food on point, had a fruit tart which was really nice and not super expensive.

I used to love this place! However they have since changed their menu and took off amazing sandwiches and replaced them with mediocre (at best) ones. Because of that I had to knock their rating down.

I used to bring friends, clients, really everyone here and would recommend to everyone. With their changes I can no longer recommend.

Amazing food & amazing coffee! Kind of pricey, but everything was yummy. I tried the deconstructed coffee today and it was so fun. Food is delicious, I got the breakfast sammie and it was really good. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming

We had shakshuka, Cuban sandwich, and a Margherita pizza along with orange juice and chia pudding. Portions are super small and items in the menu are overly expensive. You will definitely leave hungry… Surprisingly, they are mediterranean but don’t serve halal foods and have pork items in the menu? Needless to say, Cuban sandwiches have dill pickles and not bread and butter pickles. The sandwich tasted horrible due to the flavor of the pickles. Ambiance is great and service was excellent.

You stand inline to order and then they bring your food to you. It has been efficient every time I’ve eaten here. Friendly atmosphere, delicious food and a lot of drink options. Love the little store and bakery as well.

Oh please, this is the 2nd visit to Mediterra, the 1st in Sewickley was so bad, they gave me a gift card for 2x the cost of my take out meal. The gift card was to the Mt. Lebanon location. I ordered the Cuban sandwich. The sandwich ciabatinni was burnt, poblano cream was a miniscule dot, the sandwich couldn't have been any drier. The beans in the turkey bean and veg soup were not cooked. I couldn't have been any more disappointed.
UPDATE: The management kindly reached out and offered a gift card, I will give them another try and report back.

Parking: The parking is horrible. I drove around for 10 minutes before finding a (metered) spot on the street There was a BIG tent in part of what I think was their parking lot in front of the building. It looked like only 3 spots on the property to park.

Our first time in, we liked the wide selection of healthier and diverse breakfast options. Turkish Eggs were so delicious and garnished with fresh herbs and chili oil. The bread selection in the bakery was fantastic so we had to grab a loaf to take home with us. Check out the market of to go and pantry options while you’re here. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Pittsburgh.

Don’t come here that much but It’s a nice option of breakfast/lunch restaurants to have in town and they offer good food but outrageously expensive for what you get. $17 for just a sandwich and some other prices are higher there needs to be better options here because $17 for just a sandwich is price gouging and high way robbery. If it’s going to be $17 there needs to be a side dish like chips, some type of fries or some type of cole slaw or Mediterranean side dish that comes along with sandwich. The coffee is delicious pretty much the only reason I come here every once in a while and if there’s a yummy new pastry I want to try but other then that if you want affordable food at a reasonable price go somewhere else and the fact that it’s always overly crowded in this restaurant and you can’t find a place to sit half the time and it’s very loud and noisy couldn’t even here myself or my friend talk because the restaurant was so loud. Need to do something about. Either turn down the music or do something to not make people’s voices echo. Also go somewhere else if you want a quieter environment and a quiet place to work on your laptop because this place is not the place to do office work.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of places for kids to sit down and benches if they can’t do a chair

We normally get take-out pastries/bread, but we finally got to try eating in, and everything was delicious as always. The service was a bit slow as it was packed, but at least there's a ton of seating. The food is smaller cafe-like stuff.

Kid-friendliness: They have a couple of high chairs

One star is a generous rating. Their versions of a Cuban and Tuna Melt were terrible. Service is always slow. The menu desperately needs attention and updated.
