Mediterra is my absolute favorite breakfast spot in Pittsburgh. The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor — very European-style and elevated. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a slow morning or brunch.

What really impressed me are the details — their Bloody Mary comes with tomato-flavored ice cubes, and the iced caramel coffee is made with actual coffee ice cubes, so it never gets watered down. Genius!

If you appreciate quality and small touches that make a big difference — this place is a must. I keep coming back and it’s always amazing.

Always excited to eat here. Food quality is high. Restaurant is beautiful. Many food choices. Great service. One complaint. Needed one more napkin and didn't know where to find them.

Food to pricey im from Texas food it's ok on flavor and dishes are way to elegant bread to expensive buts it's ok not bad for Pennsylvania overall it's ok if you have the money to eat out.

Great place! When I was there, it was mostly packed, which is a good thing! I got a margarita pizza my first visit and my second I got the avocado toast. I enjoyed both. I also got a Matcha both times wasn’t my absolute favorite. I would say. if you like it very strong it would suit you but I like mine sweet and it wasn’t very sweet. Definitely give this place a try!

Probably the worst espresso (and the most expensive) I have ever had in my life. The woman brourgh me double expresso in a cup for a single shot, overfloving, messy...Horible service, and for no resaon overpriced everything (food, drinks...). I don't think will ever re-visit.

Great place! The food is delicious but the size is not too big, right for one person who’s not starving lol
Coffee could be better, still ok.
They also sell European products, like preserves and pasta.
And their daily baked bread is really amazing!

Loved this spot. The iced 🧊 coffee was fantastic. A beverage with an experience. The shakshuka was great, and the pastries were equally as awesome. Cool, hip ambiance.
