This local, family owned and run Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant is worth the trip. The daughter was a delightful, helpful server, and her mother does the cooking in the kitchen. The ambience was simple but pleasant, and the tables, dining room and bathrooms were clean. The tabboolee (I’ve seen it spelled other ways, too, but this is how their menu spells it) was some of the best I’ve had. It was absolutely fresh and homemade with a perfectly balanced lemony dressing. The salad was really, really good having some sort of it grated feta on top, something we had never had before. Our favorite was the moussaka. It was awesome with a fluffy and creamy bechamel type sauce on top. We couldn’t stop making happy yummy oohs and ahs while eating it. The portions were very generous at a fair price making the meal a great value.

I was excited we got a legitimate Mediterranean restaurant here in squirrel hill and these guys do not disappoint! Of my recent visits here, the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful here to improve. I will continue to visit but urge others to please try this place too. All the food is house made and from scratch, and with love and care.

My husband and I came in for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon - the food was incredible and the service was great! We got a lot of food for a great price. The falafel and hummus were excellent.

Outstanding food made by a family who really care about the quality of what they serve and their customers. (I'm a chef. I'm picky, and I know what I'm looking for.) Lots of vegetarian options for the veg family members. Standout items: Lentil soup was satisfying & comforting with a nice depth of flavor. Falafel was perfectly crisp on the outside, light & moist on the interior. Baba ghanoush was also excellent. Service was caring, friendly & all-around excellent. If I lived locally I would be a regular customer.

Some of the best Mediterranean food I've had. A bit expensive, but it's worth it. Service was very kind. Showed us their recipe when we had allergy concerns. Lots of flies, though.

Best lamb shanks. Fresh and authentic Lebanese cuisine. Spanich lentils soup mujadara, gyro wraps ate our fav too. This is the place we usually bring our out of town guests to enjoy the delicious Mediterranean cuisine and we order take out often.

One of the best falafels I have had in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend their falafel pita wrap. The shish tawouk was okay. It was a bit bland but the portions were huge. The salad that came with the entree was decent.
