I recently placed a take out order there and entered everything correctly to my knowledge. I’ve always enjoyed the food and they do gluten free well. However when I arrived they wanted to charge me 4 additional dollars because apparently even though I marked gluten free there was an up charge. I wasn’t prepared and with working class families we need all the income we can get. So I won’t be dining or supporting this establishment. When I emailed them it was essentially an “oh well”

Restaurant was very crowded afther the Pitt game. The cooks and the servers did an excellent job of taking care of everyone and getting food out.

The pizza was good. Crust had some black burnt areas. The pasta carbonara was not good. The was something wrong with the bacon. Tasted old. Others at the table agreed. We let the waitress know who told us that she told the chef and of course our concerns were not taken seriously.

The pizza and gelato at Mercurio's were absolutely outstanding. We especially enjoyed the Sicilian pie, but we were warned upon ordering that it would take 25 minutes to prepare and that was true. The restaurant space is quite large with all hard surfaces and can be loud when busy. Service was good but we wish they had had more than one server working the entire room on a busy weekend night. Definitely recommend a visit despite these minor hiccups.

Mercurio's has been our family's go-to spot for years, and it never disappoints. The pizza here is simply unbeatable. Amazing people – welcoming, attentive, and they make you feel like you're dining with friends rather than at a restaurant. Many of them recognize us now. Mercurio's is always our first choice for everything from casual weeknight dinners to special occasions.
We met some relatives for dinner here and it was their first time there. We had the best time all of the food was excellent. The drinks were excellent and our server was excellent. We love this place.

Maybe just me but the pizza was half raw. Amazing Oven maybe cook for more than 3 minutes. It was somewhat busy but things should be cooked. Pizza was delivered & never saw the server till it was time for the check .

Very disappointing! I scheduled a reservation through their website and they would not honor the reservation because it didn’t show in their system but I could see it on my phone. Would recommend going some place else. The place is very small and loud so probably would have been an awful experience anyway.

Delicious pizza , salad, cocktails and gelato. The most amazing gluten free pizza! Can't wait to bring my gluten free friend! Allergies are a horrible experience but it's so nice to know I have some place to get delicious food
