Not our first visit, but will be the last during warm weather! Our server was great, pizza was very good but someone needs to either turn up the AC or get it fixed. Nobody likes to be sweating during a meal. The staff was fanning themselves to try to stay cool and there was 1 industrial fan blowing down the hall, not helping any of the diners. We asked our server and were told it had been that way most of the last few weeks. We will likely be back, but never again in the summer unless the temperature is appropriate for indoor dinning (honestly, it was cooler outside due to a breeze than in the restaurant).

The food is spectacular, the service unfortunately was very slow. It was a struggle to get drink refills, know what to do to get Gelato, and get the check. Once we placed the order, the food flew out of the kitchen, though!! Not sure if they were short staffed that night or not. Our server was very friendly and git everything right - we just didn't see her very often.

unpleasant waiter experience drinks on the menu were not priced so we had to ask pizza and ice cream were amazing.

Food and service great as always! Tried the white pizza with pork and the calzone for the first time. Loved them both.

We had to wait an hour to be seated and never received the text when our table was ready. I had to go in to check and it seemed our table had been ready a while before. We then had to wait over another hour to even get our food. People who ordered after us (both party of 2) got their food a half hour before we got ours. Neither server never even apologized to us for the wait or anything and they knew we were upset. We saw our server twice the whole meal. The pizza was so thin, no flavor, and tasted burnt. The gluten free and regular was nothing special at all. Terrible service, not great food, would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place. Very disappointed.

Carbonara was ok.
Margarita pizza was below average
Soggy base.

Our waiter, a young man who graduated from Aquinas Academy and is headed to Duke was courteous and so attentive to our table!!! The food was great and we surely enjoyed our gelato!!! Thanks for a great dining experience as we order takeout more often!! 3 Cheers for Mercurios!!!:)

We went to the one in Shadyside and went to the one in Fox Chapel to source their wonderful gelato. We LOVE the gelato and will be bringing the kids and grandkids when they are in town. Food is great, people are great, and $$ are not bad. 💕xxxooo to them.

Delicious pasta, pizza & gelato!! Great atmosphere for a family night out or casual meet-up. We're looking forward to trying their many varieties of gelato.

Mercurio's is one of our favorite spots for pizza. Their wood fired Neapolitan pizzas are consistently amazing, with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. We've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend.

This is hands down the best pizza in Pittsburgh. We've tried pizza in Naples, Italy, and Mercurio's is just as good—if not slightly better.
