I’d give 0 stars if able to. I haven’t had Mike & Tony’s gyros in so long and when my daughter said she was on the south side I suggested she stop and get us some gyros. She ordered 2 gyros with extra sauce and oregano on the side. When she got home in New Kensington, and we opened up the gyros there was no sauce at all not on the gyros and not on the side also no oregano. Called them to express my disappointment and all they would say is sorry for your inconvenience. Really that’s it! No credit? Ok so it’s obvious you aren’t the one I spoke to. I didn’t swear and yes I’m sure I was loud because that’s what happens when I get upset. I gave the guy my daughters name and I wasn’t able to ask her how she paid, I assumed it was a debit card, but I told him that and that she ran out to Giant Eagle to get the sauce. If you reviewed your security footage and seen someone with 2 gyros in a bag and the guy actually put sauce on them then you most definitely didn’t review the whole tape or wrong one not sure. Anyway with that all aside your employee didn’t have any remedy to offer and I even asked, he said there’s nothing he can do but he’s sorry for my inconvenience. I then asked for a credit and he said he can’t do that. So anyway this is how you handle a dissatisfied customer…hmmm! Change up the story so others think I was out of line and your employee did everything possible to satisfy me. What a joke. Next time there will be photos and documentation.

The guy with the curly hair and beard was extremely RUDE! Let’s start with the food Fries disgusting they looked butchered and they tasted awful! The Gyros nasty asked if he would cook the meat a tad bit longer he was nasty about why he wouldn’t do it. Ok cool but I still expected for the gyro to still be of the high quality I’m used to! Well I was wrong! The ladies are so nice and the food is good when they are there! You want to go to a NICE Mike and Tony’s go to the one in MOON! Foods always great the vibe is always nice and you can dine in! The Southside location should close down!

They said they were open till two thirty. I came around two and they were closed. **Update** They replied to tell me they were a family business and were closed for themselves and their employees. Google Maps allows and often notifies businesses to update their holiday hours. I support your closure for the holiday but you need to update your hours to reflect your policies. Because of the reply I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
