Me and my family order from here regularly. Phone service and in person service we usually receive is friendly, warm, and inviting. The food is almost always great- it can be a lil thrown together if they're super busy but its never tasted bad in my opinion, and the customer service is great so I don't mind. I almost always get the same two or three items, The supreme Italian, and their mini pizzas. Both are 10/10- highly recommended. đ

This place is not affiliated with the Mineos in Squirrel Hill!
But it IS a very solid local place to grab a tasty, filling pie. The crust is a BIT thick for my tastes, but they are VERY generous with the cheese and toppings so I think the crust is necessary to maintain balance. Definitely worth checking out if you like Pizza and are nearby.

I visit Pittsburgh once a year because it was my hometown and I always stay at the Doubletree hotel in Greentree and one of the meals I most look forward to each visit is ordering a Mineos Special small pizza and have it delivered to my hotel. The cheese and toppings with the added garlic is so great tasting and its one if the few times that I enjoy the crust too! Going back again to Pittsburgh in July and my mouth is already watering for my next one, can't wait!

The worker had the audacity to claim âour pizza is fine. No one ever calls to complainâ. Costco will serve you a 10x better pizza at 1/5 of the cost. DONâT waste your time or money, itâs fake Mineoâs!

We had them cater an employee appreciation day at Giant Eagle Virginia Manor. The pizza was amazing !!!! Four different time orders, and they were on time for every one !!!! We will order again !!! Thank you for your amazing service !!

I choose delivery and ordered online so tipping was difficult but I called them back and they added the tip. I just moved to the area and didnât know there was a Mineos so close and THEY DELIVER. Great pizza great price and great service. Thank you I will be a repeat customer

Ordered fish & chips and was sent a hoagie that had a ton of veggies on it but no fish. I tore the thing apart looking for fish and nada.
Called them and told them about it and they refused to take any responsibility. Was told "the cooks said they put fish on it," Would not even consider that they may have mixed it up with another order. No apology or other consideration. Just said "the cooks said."
Customer service imho is non existent at this location. Needless to say I will not be doing business with them anymore.

Simple order, cheese pizza, they forgot to process order, and they charge an extra $1.25 flat if you use a credit card. Would not recommend, pizza is basic, but close to my house.

The hoagies, which I previously had some issues with, are now amazing, and I haven't encountered any problems. Their pizza is always greatâvery cheesy, just how we like it at home! đ
We've never had to wait anywhere near the time they provide us over the phone. For instance, if they say it will take 45 minutes, we usually receive our order as soon as 20 minutes or as late as 30 minutes, but it's never taken more than 45 minutes. The delivery drivers are great, and the timing from the store has always been excellent.
The newest menu item I tried was the buffalo pizza, which I would easily rate a 10/10. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps tone down the amount of potato wedges just a tiny bit. Other than that, the Buffalo Chicken pizza was outstanding. It's definitely a must-try if you enjoy spicy foods!
