We came during the Merry Christmas pop-up. I must say, despite their suggested and holiday drinks that were available.....their drinks were subpar at best and/or made inconsistently. Drinks seemed overpriced as it seemed that they were trying to compensate/price gouge in order to make up for the decorations fir the theme.
We have been once before for Nintendo night in the past, and the same experience can be said as the holiday experience.
Staff is friendly, and kept clean bit not worth the money or experience.

Merry Mingling🎄
This place is absolutely amazing with pop-ups! My husband and I recently attended the “A Very Merry Mixtape” and were blown away!
As we entered, we were brought into Santa’s workshop full of toys. Once through the next door, you were transported to a Winter Wonderland of fun! Tons of garland and shimmery ball ornaments hung from the ceiling, light up Christmas characters around each corner, trees galore…it was wonderful!
We received a drink with our ticket which was so tasty! Popcorn was available for purchase along with other drinks including cocoa for the kids or non-drinkers.
After relaxing with our drinks, we began our quest to find all the QR codes in the establishment to answer questions with changes to win some cute little prizes. Other games available too.
It was a relaxing night away from the kids with great photo ops! Would definitely return for another pop-up!

We attended the Tim Burton pop up. It was fun and great atmosphere. We did feel a little rushed to leave.

Burton pop up: The staff were giving it their all and the decorations were cute, but we found it underwhelming for the cost of tickets. The signature drinks, particularly the welcome drink, were gimmicky and overwhelmingly sweet. We couldn't find a detailed description of the event when we were buying tickets and, despite buying for a later time slot, we felt like the event was more aimed towards kids. It was our first time back to Mixtape since it the change in ownership and unfortunately, we just didn't have as much fun as we used to.

The atmosphere is 10/10 and the drinks are good. The staff is also a delight and you can tell they enjoyed doing the Tim Burton pop up event. Having traveled from Erie the only thing I would suggest is some form of food outside of popcorn even if prepackaged.

Took my daughter to The Nightmare before Mixtape Tim Burton themed event. The hosts were wonderful!!! Beetlejuice and Lydia absolutely nailed it. The decor was super cute and very well done and the mocktails were perfect. The games were also a nice touch. I think the time slot was the perfect amount of time for the price!

We went for the Tim Burton experience. We weren't from that area so we had no idea what to expect. I will tell you there's only street parking since I couldn't find any mention when I looked it up.The decorations were awesome and they spent a lot time and attention to detail to the setup. I give it a 4 because we did pay to get tickets with the understanding that there were activities other than drinking. We don't drink and that led to activities only taking about 30 to complete everything. Overall it was an expensive photo opp if you aren't there for the bar.

Went for the Nightmare Before Mixtape Pop Up. The hosts were super fun and engaging, the themed trivia was so fun and the themed cocktails offered were great! Can't wait to see what other events come up.

We went for The Tim Burton experience and they killed the overall atmosphere and decorations. It was interactive and had a host. We enjoyed it just not what we thought it was going to be.

This place is awesome! Last night I attended their event "Nightmare Before Mixtape" which essentially was fully decorating the place in everything Tim Burton related.
Not only were the decorations and themed drinks great but there was a girl dressed as Wednesday Addams and interacting in character with you as you completed challenges around the place such as trivia and games.
After the event was over at 9, the place had a DJ spinning New Wave 80's music. Everyone there was having a good time just enjoying the vibe.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something unique in the Burgh this Halloween, and it appears they redecorate and have other events all year.
I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
