Just thought whoever owns this chain should know that the people you have working there for you are argumentative and completely ignoring online orders, refusing to make the order and refusing to give a refund.

The focus of this location has totally shifted away from the customers who come inside to place orders. They bang out all of the online orders while you just stand there. If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the place to go anymore. I spoke to the manager about it and she didn’t really care.

Almost every grain of rice that I had in my bowl was hard and undercooked. The only thing that saved this from a one star is the fact that the queso comes with chips. Lmfao if these guys can't even get rice correct I would go elsewhere.... By the way this isn't the first time this has happened I came here 6 months ago and this happened back then as well but I thought it was just a fluke so I didn't write a review. But consistency means a pattern, and the pattern is they undercooked their rice. I wonder what else they undercook. Chicken? Beef? Who knows. Attention to detail is absolutely crucial and key whenever you're in a food environment. Fast food or not doesn't matter you have to pay attention. You don't pay attention and people die literally. So get your stuff together guys You're better than this you could do better than this

First time trying this Moe’s. The rice felt like bullets, the queso(that was an up charge) tasted like paste, and was so thick it couldn’t coat a chip. The adobo chicken was pretty good outside the fact the chicken was black on one side.

I love this place. The food is always fresh and superior. The red salsa tastes like spaghetti sauce, but other than that, it is my favorite burrito place.

I came in tonight at 8:02pm and had to deal with the disrespect from an employee name Will . First I come in walking in front of my fiancé , Will doesn’t acknowledge me goes to ask my fiancé what can I get you . So I respond and say can I have two chicken club quesadillas he says would you like everything on it I say no I kind of what to make it my own I don’t like everything that comes on it . He says “this is not make it your own and have it your way. Then he says well it comes with white meat I say I’ve had it with dark meat I want it with dark . He continues to be rude saying I’m testing to sell the white meat and says to another employee I’m not dropping dark meat I’m trying to sell white meat it’s 8pm and walks off to hand out queasy to another employee to finish off I stood there very confused as to why I was being treated so rudely and disrespected. I then express how I feel to another employee because I know this behavior is unacceptable she tells me his name is Will and is a manager in training I was very disappointed and discussed because why would a manger in training act with such mannerisms. This is the customer service business and nobody deserves to be treated this way making it harder for paying frequent customers to want to come back spending there hard earned money with such horrible management skills and customer service skills . If this behavior is what you guys think is acceptable and what your managers should be saying or treating a paying customer with the lack of leadership principles and customer service skills I will be contacting corporate. I am certain that behavior is unacceptable no matter what time it is in the day or night he should’ve prepared better for the finishing of his night not knowing what ppl will come in an order and if the majority of ppl come in and order dark meat he should’ve made more if he was a manager in training and needs to work on learning cost and matrix’s when it comes to a business and learn how to treat ppl working in customer service he wouldn’t wanted to be treated like that or want his family or friends to be treated like such . I will be speaking with a real manager .

Absolutely horrible food.

Dined in yesterday. My burrito was double wrapped and he still kept breaking them and trapped the mess in the foil. Last night I had food poisoning and still feeling the effects

staff and food very good. manager not the nicest however. seemed likel she was miserable at her job

Every single time I have ordered take out in the last year from this location my order has never been right. I always get the wrong item completely or it’s missing half of the toppings. I have also never received guacamole despite being charged extra for it. Honestly, there’s so many poor reviews on here I’m not surprised. Do better.

Ordered large quantity item on Friday, food was cold and portions were skimpy. Left voicemail and haven't heard from customer service in a few days. Wouldn't recommend nor wouldn't come back.

Ordered nachos yesterday as pickup order. Listed a bunch of items (onions, jalapenos, sour cream, cilantro, etc) as toppings. My nachos had white rice (I ordered cilantro lime rice), beans and steak as the only toppings. The items I requested were listed on the receipt so I know everything went through online. Also, they packed the container in the bag upside down. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be going back there again. It was very dirty inside. Napkins and trash all over the floor by the salsa station. Bathroom was dirty too.

really disappointed :( originally gave them a great review but something changed since the summer. last time we went, our order was about 10 minutes late and about 50% of it was wrong + our burritos completely fell apart because they werent wrapped. i gave them the benefit of the doubt but this time i tried again, and it took them like 40 minutes to make my singular burrito. it’s just really frustrating because i have been very patient and kind but they just dont seem very respectful of that. i dont think ill be back any time soon :(

Quality of food was trash. Steak was all fat chicken was burnt with a mix of over and under cooked rice. Heard great things about Moe's. I was very disappointed. But imma try a different location before I sign them off.
