Moe's Southwest Grill

Moe’s is almost always a good spot for some good food. The chips and salsa is easily one of the best parts, and the burritos are filled up full. They took out some menu options for the burritos a while ago that I used to enjoy getting, so that part is disappointing, but other than that, typically good food. It is hit or miss if we get a “Welcome to Moe’s!” at this location. Parking is generally easy, but can be difficult if you go at the wrong time. They also do some decent catering too

This Moe's is somewhat..meh. Last time we were in the rice was so bland and undercooked, the guacamole had so much lime juice in it my mouth stung and it was inedible. The employees are always pleasant, though.

As a food delivery driver I could tell you that the orders are never ready when I arrive to pick them up. Most other restaurants have the food waiting when I arrive. That has never been the case here. I'm usually left waiting an extra 10 to 15 minutes or longer to receive the order. Sometimes I'm even unassigned from the order because it is taking ridiculously long. Also I've witnessed several workers behind the food line wearing the same gloves to touch food, touch their phones, touch the register, touch their face. This is a direct health code violation and it is disgusting. This place needs much better oversight for timeliness and sanitation purposes

Posted store hours say 9pm but at 8:15 pm after having our food made we were told, that we had to take it to go, the dining area was no longer open. The 2 men who walked in 1 minute before us were the last ones permitted to eat there! Did they really think it would take us 45 minutes to eat a burrito and a quesadilla?
Unless you want to eat in your car, I guess don’t go there past 8:14 pm.

Always love the food here. Salsa bar didn't have many options. Pop machine was also out of a lot of different sodas.

For a 94 degree day they shouldve had ac employees look as if theybwere going to pass out its a violation of workers rights nowonder customers have the issues they do whoever runs this place doesnt care abojt anything but money

Just thought whoever owns this chain should know that the people you have working there for you are argumentative and completely ignoring online orders, refusing to make the order and refusing to give a refund.

The focus of this location has totally shifted away from the customers who come inside to place orders. They bang out all of the online orders while you just stand there. If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the place to go anymore. I spoke to the manager about it and she didn’t really care.

Almost every grain of rice that I had in my bowl was hard and undercooked. The only thing that saved this from a one star is the fact that the queso comes with chips. Lmfao if these guys can't even get rice correct I would go elsewhere.... By the way this isn't the first time this has happened I came here 6 months ago and this happened back then as well but I thought it was just a fluke so I didn't write a review. But consistency means a pattern, and the pattern is they undercooked their rice. I wonder what else they undercook. Chicken? Beef? Who knows. Attention to detail is absolutely crucial and key whenever you're in a food environment. Fast food or not doesn't matter you have to pay attention. You don't pay attention and people die literally. So get your stuff together guys You're better than this you could do better than this

First time trying this Moe’s. The rice felt like bullets, the queso(that was an up charge) tasted like paste, and was so thick it couldn’t coat a chip. The adobo chicken was pretty good outside the fact the chicken was black on one side.

I love this place. The food is always fresh and superior. The red salsa tastes like spaghetti sauce, but other than that, it is my favorite burrito place.
